[0:00]
Hi there, I'm Sam. I'd take a moment to introduce myself and explain what this channel is about what it's for I
[0:08]
Never really did that I guess
[0:10]
Let me start by saying I have no script for you
[0:13]
It's not how I operate. That's probably the first thing you should know about me. I've been making videos for two years
[0:20]
900 of them so far
[0:23]
None of them are scripted
[0:26]
Um
[0:28]
They're not on this platform they used to be but they're on a different one now when I created myself got a timely rounds
[0:33]
We'll talk about that a different time
[0:35]
There's there's one video about that. I'm here so far
[0:39]
You know I don't do scripts, so it's just dream of consciousness. I just
[0:44]
share a moment with you guys try to anyways and I
[0:50]
Don't know for some reason when I get on camera. It helps me to
[0:56]
Um
[0:58]
Externalize my thoughts and feelings about things I
[1:02]
Don't really have peers. I'll be honest. I don't have peers. I'm nearly 50 and I
[1:08]
very rarely met people who
[1:11]
Can meet me where I am this is just true, and so I don't really have any peers
[1:17]
I'm just not realizing this is why I do this on camera for all this time I
[1:24]
I guess this is a way for me to externalize what I would if I had peers you know and
[1:31]
Unfortunately it hasn't led to
[1:33]
finding any
[1:37]
Feel like people don't have the patience
[1:39]
that's the second thing I did want to say was I
[1:42]
Feel like if you don't
[1:45]
sit with my videos
[1:47]
You're gonna miss all the good stuff. You know I think people are impatient and
[1:53]
Expect you to get to the point
[1:57]
It's just not present, you know and
[2:05]
So autonomy realms, I mean one of the things I did with that is kind of try to solve this problem
[2:12]
because
[2:13]
It's a platform where I make a video and then it turns it into a script a transcript my platform does this I?
[2:21]
Create all system for this this is its pipeline it creates a transcript
[2:27]
And then I have a I process it
[2:30]
Um I should probably mention. I'm just hiking a trail. I'm just dumb
[2:34]
I'm just taking a forest service trail in the corridor where I live where I'm a volunteer caretaker
[2:40]
I've been here for a year now on the Oregon coast
[2:43]
and
[2:46]
It's like noon
[2:48]
On a Saturday I
[2:53]
Did my volunteering today and in my job, I'm working at a marina right now
[3:00]
Basically shadowing donor
[3:06]
No maintenance type stuff, I guess there's a lot of it's new to me. He's been very
[3:11]
patient and
[3:13]
Kind and pretty awesome honestly
[3:16]
And so I do that today. I did a lot of painting today. I've got paint all over me actually
[3:21]
Like day six or something like that
[3:24]
Hopefully we're almost done with the painting and we'll move on to
[3:28]
Like yard work or something to landscaping or whatever like
[3:33]
Kind of stuff I do for the Forest Service and some sometimes
[3:37]
so
[3:40]
So that's my life right now
[3:42]
I've been in an RV
[3:44]
Oregon coast I've been here since October of 2024
[3:48]
Took me over a month to get here
[3:51]
One of the best adventures of my life. I documented the whole thing
[3:54]
on this camera
[3:56]
Externalized what I needed to so I guess that's what I would say this channel is
[4:01]
It's never really directed at anyone like occasionally. I might
[4:05]
Might make a video intentionally for my audience or whatever
[4:10]
But that would be pretty clear and like I always I start with that with me or whatever
[4:20]
I make videos where I just talk on this camera often
[4:23]
I'll turn the camera around and just let you follow me on a trail or whatever do that a lot actually
[4:27]
But you're not gonna find those on my youtube channel. You'll find them on autonomy realms. You'll find them on my realm
[4:33]
rswfire.com
[4:36]
So that's
[4:38]
And I did that because I just
[4:40]
For a lot of reason I guess I don't really want to get into that so I know I am
[4:45]
Kind of with the conversation a little bit
[4:48]
And I started to talk about it
[4:51]
So I'm just hanging out. It's actually really nice today
[4:54]
I was supposed to the rain was supposed to come back today, but it didn't I just left the ocean. This is an ocean trail
[5:01]
I was out there for a while
[5:03]
I
[5:06]
Was a wax myrtle actually this is where
[5:09]
I'm supposed to be camp host this summer, which is like maybe mid-april something like that
[5:15]
But I don't know if I'll be able to now because I'm of this job. I got at the marina, so
[5:21]
I might have to stay the caretaker because it just has more flexibility
[5:24]
But I'll be able to stay with the Forest Service if I can't be a camp host
[5:30]
I've been with them for a year, and it's been it's been a really good experience. I
[5:37]
Mean I get to live
[5:39]
Yeah, I just said the other day
[5:41]
I get to live in a place where the mixture of the dunes the ocean and forests like
[5:46]
Converge, and it's just it's a wonderful place. It's not great for my sinuses ever since I got here. I feel like
[5:53]
Like I have trouble breathing in this place like I see a doctor sometime
[5:57]
Maybe I don't you know maybe
[6:00]
Or or head north because it's kind of the plan at some point this October. I'm gonna start heading north again. I'm the 101 I
[6:09]
like I said, so I got here in October of 2024 from Kentucky and I
[6:15]
Started in Brookings the southern point of Oregon and just start to head north. I got all the way up to Newport
[6:20]
So I'm just thinking about what do I have to fill you in? I don't mean to jump around so much, but it's you know
[6:26]
Condensing two years of transmissions 900 videos into you know one video. That's hard to do. I guess that's dream of consciousness, so
[6:35]
That's that's mostly what I would want you to know about me
[6:38]
I guess I would also tell you that I volunteered for Oregon State Parks for three months
[6:43]
Before the Forest Service, and they abused me
[6:47]
Not kidding. They abused me and I
[6:51]
Documented everything they did on a website
[6:54]
OPRD volunteer abuse org
[6:58]
and
[6:59]
All because I named a supervisor stone. They retaliated for two months. They kept escalating and every escalation
[7:04]
They did I documented and every time I documented something they would retaliate further and eventually they dismissed and expelled to me
[7:12]
All starting over the dumbest of reasons and then the entire institution
[7:19]
Protected to have everybody I mean they walked they did so much they weaponized trust
[7:25]
they sat me down for an over an hour a public picnic bench where
[7:31]
They just basically harassed me and told me that nobody liked me when you chew glass and swallow it
[7:38]
That was the park manager who did that
[7:40]
told me I make everyone uncomfortable if I was uncomfortable I could just leave kept saying this and
[7:46]
He started making admissions like how I'd never been given the benefit of the doubt and then the park supervisor would jump in and try
[7:53]
To try to fix the mistakes. He was making and I recorded it and it's on there
[7:58]
It's it's on that website at the archive. I created
[8:01]
They won't acknowledge it so far, but I haven't given up and I will never give up
[8:07]
There's no way I will let this kind of abuse stand. It will not happen
[8:13]
So
[8:17]
You know, I don't talk about it much on camera it does they come up if if there's just some kind of relevant reason for that
[8:27]
So I don't really don't externalize a lot what they did so well in the archive
[8:33]
It's I
[8:36]
Mean it's just it's shocking to me
[8:39]
That our institutions work this way and I didn't know that because
[8:43]
All of my life. I've been a freelance programmer
[8:46]
and
[8:47]
For 20 years. I had two different clients each for 10 years
[8:52]
And you know, I was still a freelance. I was still independent
[8:56]
I've never been embedded in an institution before. I've been state parks was the first one that I tried
[9:02]
to belong to you
[9:04]
And I quickly learned that
[9:06]
I quickly learned that the lowest person on the totem
[9:12]
As far as an employee the park supervisor is
[9:18]
Will be believed and supported at any cost to anybody
[9:23]
Within their hierarchy within their chain of command, which is just remarkable to me. I it is
[9:29]
Puzzling because you know everything they've done has just exposed them more and more
[9:34]
But apparently this is how institutions work and I didn't know this because I'd never tried to belong to one until now
[9:41]
Well, I'm treated a lot better where I am now
[9:46]
And
[9:49]
Well, it taught me a lot because
[9:53]
One of the things that for the first six months of my channel, so
[9:58]
Like I said, I've recorded videos for two years
[10:01]
The first six months I was leaving my house I had just ruptured my life
[10:05]
I I just wanted to do something different wanted to live differently. And so I got an RV and
[10:15]
Got rid of my stuff and I moved I moved to the state parks where I lived in Kentucky and
[10:25]
Where was I going with that? I just lost my train of thought. I'm sorry
[10:31]
I'm trying to communicate a lot. So for the first, oh, I know for the first six months
[10:36]
I was shedding a lot because I had
[10:40]
Without realizing it for all of those years
[10:48]
I've been carrying a lot of stuff that wasn't mine stuff that you know came from family or society or you know
[10:54]
All of these things and I just shut them and I shut them on camera and I learned about a concept called fragmentation
[11:00]
I'm just from artificial intelligence. I
[11:03]
Don't compartmentalize and I didn't know that people do that
[11:07]
All of my life. I just didn't know this and I didn't have anyone who could mirror me
[11:13]
accurately throughout my life and
[11:18]
This is a whole story I could try to tell you know, I'm trying to follow too many threads at once for you here
[11:24]
About artificial intelligence about about wholeness as a human
[11:30]
I guess the main point I would want to say is it taught me one of the main ways that
[11:37]
That we have created a society that is so fragmented
[11:43]
Institutions do it to people they don't even know what's happening most of them
[11:48]
Well, I never was confused about what they were doing to me and I documented it from the very beginning from the very first instant
[11:55]
Yeah, I have a complete record of it now
[11:58]
If they can't dispute they haven't tried they're just silence because that's their only move
[12:06]
There's no move they can make that makes our situation better. So they're silent
[12:11]
Which doesn't make their situation any better either because it just adds another day to the archive
[12:17]
and you know, it's continued exposure which can come from all kinds of a bunch of different angles and
[12:25]
It's just nonsensical to me
[12:28]
But that's where we are. That's where we've been for a good long while now almost a year
[12:34]
So
[12:37]
So anyways, I'm at the top of this trial here, this is a really nice view I'll share with you
[12:49]
That's where I walked from and I got lots and lots of use of this you can see them on my website in my room
[12:59]
It's like I was saying I created autonomy realms and there's some other features I'm adding to that including an atlas that will show you
[13:06]
All my photos that I've created over two years. I'll just be pinned on a map and
[13:11]
along with the transmissions I made where they were where I made them and
[13:14]
Just a whole bunch of stuff that I'm doing more on a nomadic like component to the project
[13:20]
for people who want to document like
[13:23]
Their life in motion, you know, so and that's next for autonomy realms. So I
[13:31]
Mean I get it. I know people these days are not
[13:35]
They're just on platforms. They're not trying to be on the internet or the web anymore. They're just not and
[13:42]
So I do need to make a mobile app where it's a lot easier
[13:45]
To just watch my videos because they're never gonna be on YouTube. Not all of them
[13:50]
I'm not most of them. So for those who are really interested. I've got to create a way for them to
[13:56]
Easily easily see them. That's plans. I'm getting there. I've had a very very difficult year
[14:04]
But I've been building the whole time
[14:08]
And
[14:09]
now a lot more stable than I was thanks to having work and I'm gonna just keep building autonomy realms and
[14:17]
Most of my videos will be on on my realm and occasionally I'll make a public video for you guys. It's more like
[14:28]
Think of it like sort of like breadcrumbs. These ones are
[14:31]
meant to be breadcrumbs
[14:33]
for now or in the future because
[14:36]
there's a lot that I've
[14:39]
I've
[14:42]
I'm gonna go there. Leave that thread alone, I guess
[14:45]
So
[14:51]
Last day of February this tree over here in the distance. Yeah, it looks like it's blooming
[14:59]
That's pretty cool
[15:01]
That's in the campground
[15:04]
This campground is closed right now
[15:06]
But this is where I'm supposed to be hosting this summer and this has been the plan for a long time
[15:10]
For six months, I was gonna be camp post here and
[15:13]
Come back every year. I want to head north to
[15:17]
See, you know the rest of the coast and I also want to go to the Olympic Peninsula
[15:20]
Want to look into buying land there?
[15:23]
so
[15:25]
But I wanted to do this, you know every summer come here and really like it here
[15:31]
But it's gonna depend because I couldn't get my port, you know
[15:34]
I tried programming work, but that's not working out with the way things are with artificial intelligence right now
[15:41]
It's gonna take time for us to create like a new balance
[15:47]
You know, the freelance platforms are broken and a lot of programming, you know can be done by yeah, I know so
[15:57]
I have a lot of thoughts on that too, but I'm gonna share those items just a lot so
[16:04]
This channel I started this video before I was the same
[16:10]
Essentially what I did I treat I treat it like like breadcrumbs for those few people who
[16:16]
Will resonate with what I'm saying, you know a lot to learn more
[16:21]
So again, I'm RSW fire Sam. Hi
[16:26]
I'm nearly 50. I'll be 49 in two months in April. I've been on the Oregon coast since October
[16:33]
2024
[16:36]
The people at Oregon State Parks have used me for two months and threw me out and tried and tried to
[16:43]
Make this life impossible for me, but they failed
[16:47]
Felt completely. They're completely exposed
[16:52]
Checkmate
[16:56]
They have the silence
[17:00]
And I've been living
[17:03]
In the same dunes for a past year
[17:08]
Everybody knows it's not a secret. I like I said don't compartmentalize
[17:13]
make sure everybody knew well, you know, I read all the angles and
[17:21]
Just to him I don't always share them but
[17:26]
Read a lot more deeply than people realize I think I
[17:32]
Just I
[17:34]
Think I'm just kind of like a dichotomy because I'm very open obviously, you know, it's 17 minutes into a video just talking walking
[17:43]
Obviously, I'm very open but there is so much. I don't share wonder if people even know that
[17:50]
It's kind of curious I guess
[17:52]
Yeah, I mean 18 minutes this a long video it's gonna take me a lot of
