[0:03]So, I'm just taking care of some RV
[0:05]tasks that you have to take care of when
[0:07]you live in an RV. I'm emptying my tanks
[0:09]and, you know, rinsing them out like
[0:11]I've already dealt with the black tank.
[0:13]But, I've still got some water running
[0:15]out here and inside because I got water
[0:17]running into the gray tank. I'm going to
[0:20]dump after.
[0:21]But, I'll just show you. I'm got the
[0:24]flush thing going. Yeah, I got a hose
[0:26]hooked up to that. It's flushing
[0:28]um clean water in here. I should have
[0:30]grabbed a flashlight. I was thinking
[0:34]I've been doing this for a while. Just
[0:36]um towards around the house.
[0:42]I really feel like I have gotten a good
[0:44]rhythm going with that.
[0:47]So life saint this will help us.
[0:56]I mean I don't know why I'm showing you
[0:59]this but you know just dumping you know
[1:01]it's clear water now cuz it's been a
[1:03]while. It's just you know it's clear and
[1:07]this is the grossest part about living
[1:09]in an RV I suppose. You know,
[1:15]my water pressure is real low here, so I
[1:17]kind of want to let it run for a while.
[1:22]Yeah, that's been a hurdle for the
[1:26]I don't know. I hate to say it, but that
[1:28]is definitely a feature of living in the
[1:30]Forest Service areas.
[1:33]Um,
[1:38]so I also got water running into my my
[1:40]gray tank, so I can just dump that. Just
[1:44]make it extra sparkly. I guess
[1:48]I love cleaning my tanks.
[1:52]It's one of the first things I did when
[1:53]I left Kentucky to come towards Oregon.
[1:58]Land of the lakes in Kentucky is my
[2:01]first stop right on the edge. Cleaned my
[2:04]tanks there for the first time. I was
[2:06]very proud of this. Been doing it ever
[2:07]since. And just
[2:10]so I guess that's why I'm marking it.
[2:15]Um, let's see. What do I want to talk
[2:18]about? Oh, okay. I remember.
[2:21]Okay. Okay. Okay.
[2:26]I guess I get serious now.
[2:31]So,
[2:32]I've been emailing with somebody that uh
[2:35]I've been talking to since very early in
[2:37]my journey. Somebody who has been with
[2:39]me since Kentucky
[2:44]since the beginning.
[2:47]And I was thinking, you know, she's
[2:48]witnessed my life over the past two
[2:51]years. She's done it in a clean way.
[2:53]She's never violated a boundary or um
[2:59]she just witnessed me cleanly. Most
[3:01]people could not do that. She's reached
[3:04]out. She's she's
[3:07]she said things to me that
[3:12]have stuck with me.
[3:15]Um I don't know how much to say about
[3:17]her, you know. Um respecting privacy, of
[3:19]course, I guess. I'm not going to say
[3:22]her name, but I guess I could say
[3:25]she's an older woman. She is in her
[3:29]mid70s.
[3:33]American, I'll just say that much. Um,
[3:39]don't know a great deal about her.
[3:42]I guess I would say city life. I hope
[3:45]that's accurate.
[3:47]Um,
[3:51]that's all I ever needed from this
[3:53]channel was was aligned.
[3:57]I mean, she's so funny because she
[3:59]remembered like way in the beginning
[4:01]when I was talking about parasocial
[4:03]relationships and and she'll mention
[4:05]that in her emails, you know, she'll
[4:08]she's playful about that one. I I just
[4:10]love that. like I don't know why I don't
[4:14]know why nobody else could just meet me
[4:16]like like a human being and
[4:20]um
[4:27]it's unfortunate.
[4:29]That's why I disabled comments so long
[4:31]ago on my channels
[4:34]because
[4:38]I won't settle for fake, you know, fake
[4:41]engagement and superficial
[4:44]contact that
[4:46]um
[4:50]just felt very misaligned.
[4:52]It was never about trolls or anything. I
[4:54]never really had a problem with that.
[4:56]They came on my channel a couple of
[4:57]times and I dealt with them publicly
[4:59]like I always do like I do everything
[5:01]just I'm completely sovereign and you
[5:04]know this was about trying to create
[5:08]um a community where
[5:13]where
[5:15]people could be themselves, their
[5:17]authentic selves, support each other
[5:21]and and just witness each other cleanly.
[5:25]But for some reason that is not
[5:27]something most people can do anymore.
[5:29]And I,
[5:31]you know, I've spent a lot a lot of time
[5:33]two years now
[5:36]unpacking that and trying to understand
[5:38]it and
[5:40]um trying to find ways to work with it
[5:43]like creating the Sanctum subscription
[5:45]service on my website or when I tried to
[5:48]do it on YouTube directly when you know
[5:50]their subscription service. I mean, that
[5:52]was a year ago that I gained access to
[5:54]that,
[5:56]but nobody
[5:58]showed any interest.
[6:03]I wasn't going to package myself like
[6:05]cuz I wasn't for [ __ ] sale. That's
[6:07]not what I was doing, you know? I'm a
[6:09]human being. I'm someone who's trying to
[6:11]authentically share
[6:14]um
[6:16]their perspective, their worldview,
[6:18]their life.
[6:21]with others expecting some kind of
[6:23]reciprocity that was just not there.
[6:28]And at this point I have definitely
[6:30]built um an entire solution
[6:36]around taking myself outside of that
[6:38]ecosystem.
[6:39]Autonomy software sanctum all of it
[6:42]everything I'm building is to create a
[6:45]platform my own platform
[6:50]or the rules of engagements
[6:55]are are mine because they should be.
[7:00]It's my life. It's my archive. It's my
[7:04]platform. All of it.
[7:15]Admittedly, I probably could have worked
[7:17]on the faster. Um, guess I should
[7:20]acknowledge this. I
[7:22]I acknowledge it to myself, but um
[7:27]I haven't acknowledged it to this camera
[7:29]yet. I probably
[7:31]could have done it faster
[7:34]for some reason that I don't quite know.
[7:37]I haven't quite figured out yet.
[7:40]I may never figure it out. It may not
[7:43]have an answer or may have an answer I
[7:45]really don't like. Um,
[7:56]I spent my entire life on computers.
[7:59]Like I lived a digital life from like
[8:02]like
[8:04]sixth grade to
[8:08]you know, my mid-4s
[8:14]and I just want to experience a
[8:16]different part of the world now. You
[8:17]know, that's why I spend so much time
[8:20]tracing the tide, looking at the ocean
[8:23]or hiking trails or exploring in this RV
[8:27]and
[8:32]just being being available and present
[8:35]for the people in my life,
[8:38]you know.
[8:43]Just
[8:54]but
[8:56]I
[9:03]It's like a pendulum. I can feel it
[9:05]swinging back. I've
[9:08]love what I'm building and I want to see
[9:10]just how far I can take it. There's so
[9:11]many things I want to do with it.
[9:14]Um, I also want to acknowledge I'm
[9:17]really [ __ ] proud of myself.
[9:19]It has been two years of me living this
[9:23]way.
[9:24]It has been more than a year since I've
[9:28]been completely autonomous
[9:31]from family, from everything that
[9:35]um
[9:37]might have been a previous tether. Like
[9:38]I completely
[9:41]completely ruptured my life and and and
[9:43]rebuilt it from the ground up. And you
[9:47]know, I tried to be responsible and
[9:51]prepare
[9:53]and I think I did a pretty good job and
[9:55]then life got in the way and I've had to
[9:58]sacrifice things that I didn't think I
[10:00]would have to,
[10:02]you know, and that sucks.
[10:05]But it's nothing that I can't
[10:09]I can't replace, can't rebuild. I've
[10:11]been doing that all my life. from this
[10:14]this this viewer this parasocial friend
[10:17]the 75 year old that I was talking about
[10:20]she is a reminder that at any age
[10:26]I mean you just never stop just don't
[10:30]I don't she doesn't
[10:36]Yeah
[10:38]like how I kind of brought that full
[10:40]circle there you know I wasn't playing
[10:41]moment or things.
[10:45]Oh, well, I guess I should check on
[10:46]these tanks. And um Oh, so I had two of
[10:51]these air mattresses, right? One of them
[10:53]kept going flat. My back is killing me
[10:55]from that. A couple days of just just
[10:57]craziness. I had filled it up, but then
[11:00]it started going flat again. So, I had
[11:02]to replace it with the other one I had
[11:03]in the shed, and I'm putting this here
[11:05]now. I need to get a real mattress at
[11:07]this point. This is ridiculous. It's not
[11:10]working. has never worked. Two years in
[11:13]this thing, never been able to sleep
[11:14]well in it. Oh my god, it sucks so bad.
[11:18]Over here's where I'm working now. So,
[11:20]I've just got my laptop. I don't have a
[11:22]desktop anymore.
[11:24]You know, it's okay for now. Friend gave
[11:27]me this couch. Literally gave me this
[11:30]couch. This smells like cigarette smoke
[11:32]so bad.
[11:34]I definitely got to fix that.
[11:39]Just stay here working.
[11:42]It's not perfect. I
[11:46]regret nothing though. This life that
[11:48]I'm creating, that I'm building,
[11:51]I've been building all of my life.
[11:59]I didn't I never needed it to be easy.
[12:04]There's so much growth and struggle and
[12:06]just
[12:09]it's not something to fight.
[12:15]It's like laying bricks foundation and
[12:19]you know every level
[12:26]everything that you overcome is just
[12:28]another another brick that you
[12:32]probably probably how I would describe
[12:34]life.
[12:39]I don't know why I'm trying to pass on
[12:40]some wisdom to you in this video. I'm
[12:43]going to just think
