[0:00]Good morning everyone. So, it's a new
[0:03]day and I have a new plan.
[0:05]It's uh uh an extension of the plan I'm
[0:08]already working on, but this is
[0:09]something I'm going to work on for the
[0:10]next couple of days. So, just want to
[0:13]let you guys know what I'm doing.
[0:15]So, all 700 of my videos are now on my
[0:18]website. Really happy about this. I like
[0:21]the way it's coming along. I think that
[0:22]whole section is pretty amazing. Um,
[0:25]I've had AI processing
[0:28]all of those videos and
[0:32]producing reflections based on it's been
[0:34]producing base data and then it's been
[0:36]producing some other content that's not
[0:38]available just yet, but it will be soon.
[0:40]I'm still working with the local model
[0:42]trying to get it to better approximate
[0:45]how the paid models work. Um, it's
[0:48]tricky. I'm hopeful, but I don't think
[0:51]it will ever match the depth of what I
[0:54]was able to accomplish for the past year
[0:56]and a half using the paid models. And
[0:57]eventually, I'll be able to have those
[1:00]models, using their APIs. I'll be able
[1:02]to use their
[1:04]um their services to improve the data.
[1:07]So, it's just it's costly. There's
[1:10]there's a cost barrier there. So, um,
[1:13]very excited about what I'm building
[1:14]because it's profound and it's going to
[1:19]help a lot of people, I think, in the
[1:21]future, in the near future maybe. So,
[1:24]I've been working on that and I'm the
[1:28]next step. So, the next thing I'm
[1:29]working on is my um I'm going to have AI
[1:33]go through each of the videos again and
[1:34]this time it's going to uh give it a
[1:36]score, each of the videos a score, and
[1:37]it's going to decide where to place
[1:38]them. So, I'm going to start putting my
[1:41]videos behind my subscription service.
[1:44]Um, the the two bottom tiers are where
[1:46]all the videos will be located. And
[1:48]based on how the AI scores it, it's
[1:50]going to decide which bucket to put it
[1:52]in. And I'll just have this script
[1:55]running that will um will automatically
[1:59]move them.
[2:01]So, so I'm reactivating my subscription
[2:03]service. Uh, there are already some
[2:06]people subscribed to it and I appreciate
[2:08]you. I've never really acknowledged
[2:09]this. This, you know, just happened
[2:11]recently. Uh, I was kind of surprised.
[2:13]So, um, didn't really know what to say.
[2:18]Um, but that got me thinking about how I
[2:20]might structure this and and so this is
[2:22]what I'm going to do. So, out of my 700
[2:24]videos, I don't even know, maybe half of
[2:26]them or something like that will end up
[2:27]behind the subscription service. The
[2:29]other half will be public. On the
[2:31]subscription side, comments will be
[2:33]enabled, so people will be able to talk
[2:34]to me there. I feel like if you're
[2:37]paying to watch my videos, then I can
[2:39]loosen some of the restrictions. I feel
[2:41]like it would be a more respectful
[2:42]environment
[2:44]and I would love to get to know the
[2:46]people who are watching me. So, if you
[2:48]want to be say hi to me, if you want to
[2:50]be able to do that, um you just got to
[2:53]sign up for my service and you'll be
[2:56]able to do it there. I'm never going to
[2:57]make comments uh enabled on the public
[3:00]channel. I just think there's too much
[3:01]toxicity
[3:03]and you know just
[3:06]um it's just not it's just not something
[3:09]I'm ever going to do. So
[3:12]um you can browse my videos both on my
[3:14]website and on YouTube even when it's
[3:17]behind the subscription service because
[3:19]they're just embedded on my website. So,
[3:20]if you're subscribed to the subscription
[3:22]service and you're just browsing around
[3:24]on the website, you know, following
[3:26]different threads cuz there's so much
[3:27]I'm doing with that, you'll still be
[3:29]able to watch them from there. So, I'm
[3:32]really happy about this. I think it
[3:33]could be an interesting project and it
[3:36]also showcases what I could do for other
[3:38]YouTubers in the future. So, um there's
[3:42]there's a lot of advantages to what I'm
[3:43]doing. So, I just want to
[3:47]wanted to share that with you.
