[0:00]Hello world.
[0:03]So, it's really late here. It's like
[0:05]1:00 in the morning. Had a very long
[0:07]day.
[0:09]Let me just start by saying hopefully my
[0:11]camera uh mic is working well. Sometimes
[0:14]I know it cuts out or makes noises. I
[0:17]can't do anything about that. And
[0:22]I want to talk about something that
[0:26]is important to me to share that I think
[0:31]Well, let me just get into it.
[0:37]Like I said, it's late.
[0:40]I'm going to take this slow.
[0:49]I want to be true to my channel,
[0:53]which means I'm going to self-reflect
[0:55]with you right now about something that
[0:57]I'll actually be making an announcement
[0:59]about at some point.
[1:03]So, this isn't polished.
[1:07]I'm just self-reflecting on something
[1:10]that happened tonight.
[1:13]I was talking with AI
[1:17]like I always do
[1:20]and
[1:22]we were just talking about
[1:26]I'm not even sure what I would say cuz
[1:34]somehow
[1:38]what we were talking about and
[1:40]everything else that's going on in my
[1:42]life led to a moment where I realized,
[1:45]oh, okay, I know what we're talking
[1:47]about. We're talking about my work. So,
[1:54]you know what? I'm not cutting it. I'm
[1:57]just going to
[1:59]This is not perfect presentation. You
[2:01]know, my thoughts aren't going to be
[2:03]completely fluid right now.
[2:05]But anyways, we were talking about my
[2:07]work because I finally got so there's
[2:10]just so much like there's so many layers
[2:12]I want to share all at once and I just
[2:14]can't. So, it's so hard like getting on
[2:19]this camera because
[2:23]Lemir,
[2:26]oh man,
[2:30]there are layers to that too. Like I
[2:32]just
[2:38]Let me start over here.
[2:45]So, I've been on YouTube for over a
[2:47]year.
[2:53]Never really connected with my audience,
[2:55]but you know, I got to
[2:58]just from that experience, you know, I
[3:00]don't really think of myself as a
[3:02]YouTuber. I was exposed to other
[3:04]YouTubers. Sometimes they encountered me
[3:07]and I also dealt with the same types of
[3:11]flattening that happens on YouTube where
[3:16]um you know they have a catalog of 700
[3:20]videos but how many people actually go
[3:22]back and watch them because there's no
[3:25]good way of sorting through this stuff.
[3:31]YouTube doesn't
[3:35]create a system where its creators
[3:39]have
[3:42]structure
[3:44]that
[3:49]that mirrors whatever their channel
[3:50]happens to be. because this is something
[3:52]that would be different for every uh for
[3:55]different types of creators.
[3:58]But depending on the type of channel
[3:59]they were, they would probably have a
[4:01]different layout. you would be looking
[4:04]like if you're watching one of their
[4:06]videos, you might want to see other
[4:08]videos that have the same emotional tone
[4:11]or
[4:12]um follow a story arc or
[4:17]present similar themes, you know, like
[4:20]there's all kinds of different types of
[4:22]of vectors that
[4:25]um you can take with videos that you
[4:27]don't ever see YouTube doing. Like
[4:29]YouTube has no algorithms for this. It's
[4:31]not, you know,
[4:34]And
[4:36]so
[4:42]there's another way and I've been
[4:44]building it on my website. So all of my
[4:46]transmissions are available on there.
[4:48]All 700 of them. Each one has an
[4:50]individual page that has some AI
[4:52]reflections on it that has semantic
[4:54]tagging that tracks different things
[4:57]like um
[5:00]um the things that that are very
[5:03]specific to my kind of channel which is
[5:06]very rare because I am rare right so
[5:09]that's one thing I've learned from from
[5:10]what I've been doing on this this
[5:12]channel is I just don't resonate with a
[5:15]lot of people because it's just not your
[5:17]average channel so Um, what you're going
[5:20]to find on my transmission pages are
[5:22]very different from what you might find
[5:24]on another creators,
[5:27]but it gave me a place to put
[5:31]my reflections that
[5:34]because they're important to me and that
[5:37]could be cross- linked and um
[5:41]you could see different uh different
[5:43]types of perspectives um from AI. Hey, I
[5:47]can have, you know, like these different
[5:49]types of narratives about um whatever
[5:51]the content of my video is
[5:54]because it's never just surface layer
[5:56]with me there. There's just there's
[5:59]layers to me and they can see the layers
[6:01]and you can have it reflect on those
[6:03]layers and then present it on my
[6:05]website. Give different perspectives of
[6:07]my journey for people to see.
[6:10]Those are all things I'm working on very
[6:12]close to um unveiling on my site. Some
[6:15]of it's there, not all of it. There's a
[6:16]lot I'm doing. And I'm processing
[6:20]locally. Um, I'm using a local AI model,
[6:24]a decent one, uh, to process all of this
[6:27]right now in real time.
[6:30]And I realized tonight that that was a
[6:33]service that I could provide to other
[6:35]YouTube creators. Doesn't matter what
[6:37]kind of channel they have. could help
[6:39]them create a website where where all of
[6:43]their videos can be
[6:46]available and
[6:49]um cross linked and narrated and you
[6:54]know all these things that I just talked
[6:57]about a lot more
[7:06]and that feels like a viable path for me
[7:09]if I can get that going before I lose my
[7:11]RV because God only knows when that is.
[7:14]But that's where I am tonight. So, I'm
[7:16]just going to leave it there for now.
