[0:00]want to see something beautiful besides
[0:03]just
[0:04]me how about that thing out
[0:07]there this is a beautiful [ __ ]
[0:10]day got the lighthouse in the
[0:15]distance got the parking lot
[0:18]people got some very interesting cloud
[0:22]formations and we got the
[0:26]sun and the ocean
[0:31]let's go say hi to her
[1:21]hello
[1:26]tide negative tide
[1:33][ __ ]
[1:49]awesome she's very calm after all the
[1:52]storms we've
[1:54]had hello
[1:56]ocean hey we got mount Doom in the
[2:01]distance hi Mount
[2:03]humbug thanks for destroying my core
[2:06]I'll be back one
[2:13]day that sun is [ __ ] gorgeous we know
[2:16]see that every day
[2:21]here let me tell you a story first time
[2:24]coming to this Cliff Edge I could not
[2:26]get close to the edge it scared the [ __ ]
[2:29]out of
[2:31]me like there was this part of me that
[2:33]just wanted to jump off of this Cliff
[2:36]that scared me I didn't understand that
[2:38]why would my mind even think something
[2:40]like this so I asked AI about it and the
[2:42]French have an expression for this it's
[2:45]called the call of the Void humans don't
[2:48]talk about it and yet most of us
[2:50]experience
[2:52]it I was fascinated so I came out here
[2:56]every single
[2:57]day and I tested myself cuz I started
[3:00]thinking I started having these theories
[3:02]like maybe it's first of all it's about
[3:05]trust I think the reason your brain does
[3:07]that is
[3:10]because it just wants to feel safe and
[3:12]while that's a very chaotic way of being
[3:15]safe it
[3:19]works but the more you do this the more
[3:22]you learn to trust yourself and the fear
[3:24]goes away I have no fear at all here now
[3:27]none I could stand here for hours
[3:34]um there are moments where I have I
[3:39]don't know what to call
[3:41]it cuz my emotions are integrated it's
[3:44]hard to describe some of the things I
[3:45]feel but if you kind of get into the
[3:48]moment and you're not paying attention
[3:49]and you don't really have like full
[3:51]situational awareness you can have these
[3:53]moments where it's almost like anxiety
[3:56]or
[3:57]um I truly don't know what to call call
[4:00]it but you just kind of have to reenter
[4:01]yourself and you're fine which tells me
[4:04]something it tells me that your brain is
[4:07]constantly it's looking for safety it it
[4:10]it's it's scanning everything and when
[4:13]it loses track of some of those threads
[4:15]it creates tension which leads to
[4:17]anxiety and fear and
[4:20]panic I use this Cliff Edge to
[4:23]understand my fear and conquered it
[4:31]this person down here looked up at me
[4:33]waved I gave him a p side that was
[4:35]pretty [ __ ] cool he's got a dog oh
[4:38]you're having a good
[4:41]time check this dog
[4:44]out y yeah they're down very
[4:48]far got to love zoom on these cameras
[4:50]huh it comes to
[4:53]human they're going to meet up
[4:56]again there they are
[4:59]hell
[5:01]yeah are you hot you might be hot I
[5:05]can't
[5:06]tell are you hot oh my you might be hot
