[0:00]so I'm heading to the store to do some

[0:05]though I told you guys my cor mles
[0:08]they're still sore I want to CAU pain
[0:11]it's just
[0:13]like um they're just very tender the
[0:16]last couple days I'm not sure why I
[0:18]don't think I really did anything so um
[0:21]it's real concerning cuz I don't you
[0:23]know I thought they were getting better
[0:25]and I don't know if this is a sign I was
[0:28]pushing myself too hard or this is just
[0:30]part of the normal healing process I
[0:32]genuinely don't know so I'm still trying
[0:36]to take it easy I'm not planning any
[0:38]like excursions anywhere or doing any
[0:41]major hiking or anything like that
[0:43]just trying
[0:46]to balance my need for movement with my
[0:49]core muscles need for healing so that's
[0:52]very challenging for me cuz I'll still
[0:54]walk out to like the cape edges and
[0:56]stuff like that but um I'm not hiking
[0:59]down to the to the beach I'm not playing
[1:01]with the ocean I'm not going to you know
[1:03]Cape Sebastian to go hike the trails
[1:04]there
[1:05]or you know climbing Mountain Doom my
[1:08]hum buug
[1:10]um yeah AI told me I probably need to
[1:13]give it another month probably all of
[1:17]January and you know I'm going to be
[1:19]cleaning cabins so um and doing work on
[1:23]the campground so that's going to be
[1:24]some physical
[1:26]labor um hoping I don't don't make
[1:28]anything worse I truly
[1:30]don't don't know what to think about it
[1:33]it just sucks so yeah so I just got fuel
[1:38]across the street I'm getting cough
[1:39]place over there we got this perfect
[1:41]place for getting propane and I still
[1:42]haven't done it yet I haven't gotten
[1:43]propane since I was on the mountain in
[1:45]Nevada but I talked to the guy today he
[1:47]says they're open from 7:00 to 3:00
[1:50]every day up until New years's which is
[1:51]when I leave so I'm going to try to come
[1:53]here in the morning maybe if I come real
[1:55]early at 7:00 I can cuz you know I got
[1:59]to drive up to that thing and I'm just
[2:01]not it's on my right side of my RV and I
[2:03]don't consider myself the best driver at
[2:05]that thing yet so a little embarrassing
[2:08]I got to get propane before I end up at
[2:11]the campground where I'm going to be
[2:12]stationary for up to 3 months so I got
[2:14]to get it done so this is me saying I'm
[2:17]going to do it I'm going to do it let's
[2:19]hope I do so I'm on the way back to my
[2:21]camper I had the most wonderful
[2:24]interaction at the grocery store and I
[2:26]used to share those things with you guys
[2:27]all the time and at some point I guess I
[2:30]just sto doing it cuz I just don't like
[2:32]turn this camera on as much anymore but
[2:35]maybe I will try a little bit more than
[2:37]to happen cuz this was so cool so
[2:40]there's this woman there she's awesome I
[2:41]love this person and when I was there
[2:44]like a couple weeks ago I was so poor
[2:46]like I had no money and I needed just
[2:49]some basic things and I said to her
[2:51]something about how careful I was being
[2:53]in the store and when I was checking out
[2:55]she told me that there was a coupon for
[2:58]for toilet paper $3 $ off she went in
[3:01]the back of the store and got a coupon
[3:03]so that I could get that those $3 I
[3:06]thought that was so cool and then
[3:08]today um you know I'm just checking out
[3:11]with her and we're talking and i' um
[3:14]I've got a whole bunch of stuff here
[3:15]I'll show you cuz I'm trying to eat a
[3:17]little bit healthier try some new things
[3:20]and AI had suggested some things so I
[3:22]had this this little thing of tomatoes I
[3:24]was like how can you tell if these are
[3:25]sundried or not
[3:28]and she those she start taking me to
[3:31]another aisle she she leaves her post
[3:33]and just starts going to another aisle
[3:34]I'm like oh I just was curious if you
[3:36]knew you know she's oh but then I realiz
[3:38]oh it's a whole different thing these
[3:39]aren't just Tomatoes they're in a jar so
[3:41]I was like okay I'll Trust the AI I told
[3:43]her and I think she picked up on that
[3:46]and we get back to the counter and we're
[3:48]just talking and I'm telling her about
[3:49]Mount Doom and how I heard my I entered
[3:52]my core there and how I rename Port
[3:55]Orford Orford Shire because it's um you
[3:59]know the two go together I'm not telling
[4:01]this story very well I I but anyways she
[4:03]starts telling me about herself and how
[4:05]she's taking the software engineering
[4:07]class and so you know we connect over
[4:11]that cuz I'm a programmer so I tell her
[4:12]you know what I'd be happy to help if
[4:13]you ever needed help and she just keeps
[4:16]talking about how she gets so much joy
[4:20]out of when she finally solves a problem
[4:21]in programming I immediately go Oh my
[4:23]God I know that feeling and we connected
[4:25]over that and I just think stuff like
[4:28]that's wonderful you know we need more
[4:30]of that in the world and
[4:32]so I helped her to feel seen and she
[4:35]helped me to feel seen every time I see
[4:37]her she does you know down to the $3
[4:39]coupon and it's a wonderful thing
[4:41]there's connection everywhere if you
[4:43]just allow yourself to be open to it and
[4:48]you know she opened up to me because I
[4:49]opened up to her oh I have to stop here
[4:54]what's happening okay we got to go
[4:57]around I see hold on this a big
[5:03]deal storm damag so um yeah we've had a
[5:08]bunch of those three in a
[5:12]row but we're
[5:14]good we're back at my home
[5:18]base entering cap Blanco State Park such
[5:21]a wonderful place on this wonderful
[5:25]morning and this wonderful
[5:28]life yeah
[5:30]got some good stuff I'm looking forward
[5:31]to I'm going to make my first smoothie
[5:34]look how flooded things are getting
[5:35]around
[5:36]here this little thing was a moat last
[5:41]night even put my power cord up just as
[5:45]a
[5:46]precaution whole thing was a
[5:48]moat I was playing a game called the
[5:51]expanse based on the TV show um Cara
[5:55]gese character drummer is the coolest
[5:57]character ever made like she's awesome
[5:59]she plays it awesome and I discovered
[6:00]there's a game that revolves around her
[6:03]I was playing that all night during the
[6:06]storm um yeah I thought that was
[6:10]cool so let's see what I got here this
[6:13]was not
[6:15]cheap couple hundred
[6:18]dollars's so expensive I want to the
[6:20]dollar store first cuz I'll you know get
[6:22]things as cheap as you can to start and
[6:24]then what you can't get get at the
[6:25]grocery store that's going to cost you a
[6:28]fortune so let's see what I got here
[6:32]toilet paper cuz we all need that I have
[6:35]been needing these but I have been
[6:36]avoiding getting paper plates cuz
[6:38]they're expensive now got a whole bunch
[6:41]of nut and Trail
[6:43]mixes um so I can use those for snacks
[6:47]and maybe take places with
[6:49]me and then cleaning supplies that's
[6:52]what all that is cuz I leave in two days
[6:54]I got some cleaning to
[6:56]do spinach bananas those are for my um
[7:01]smoothies and I got some peanut butter
[7:03]to go with it and then I got baby carrot
[7:06]some olives some pickles sundried
[7:09]tomatoes and then just bread and bagels
[7:12]those tomatoes and some hamburger
[7:14]meat
[7:15]so yeah I'm trying to eat a little
[7:19]healthier um I'm going to make some
[7:22]homemade um it's not trail mix what is
[7:25]that stuff called they turn those little
[7:27]bar energy bars I'm going to make some
[7:29]of those with the peanut butter and
[7:30]stuff as far as the the juicing thing or
[7:33]the the Smoothie thing so that's bananas
[7:36]peanut
[7:37]butter um and spinach I think there's
[7:40]some fourth item probably milk and water
[7:42]I think so I'm going to try that and
[7:44]then I'm going to have trail mix I'm
[7:45]going to make some hamburgers
[7:48]and that will get me through to the new
[7:50]year also got some
[7:53]hummus
[7:54]and feted cheese I don't know what those
[7:57]two things are for so may I told me to
[7:58]get I think maybe you put on your bagels
[8:00]or
[8:01]something um cuz that was basically I
[8:03]was like look I make bagels in the
[8:05]morning and I make hamburgers at night
[8:06]help me just expand that a little bit
[8:09]and that's what it told me to get
[8:10]everything I got
[8:12]so yeah I got to get down to the shower
[8:14]I'm all ready for that my shower bag is
[8:16]ready and everything I just um going to
[8:19]go do that I don't even know if I can go
[8:21]look at the ocean today
[8:23]because um I can't believe how badly my
[8:25]core muscles are they just they don't
[8:27]feel good today so
[8:30]I'm should probably just let them rest
[8:32]for now
[8:33]and just do something on my computer or
[8:35]something yeah I hope you all have a
