[0:08]cook I got to do a little bit of
[0:10]cleaning first look at my space it looks
[0:12]so nice I love this I mean that's you
[0:14]know I'm working on that stuff but I got
[0:16]my computer going now I'm so happy about
[0:19]this I got all three of my ents I was
[0:21]able to keep those the wires are hidden
[0:24]the cables aren't really in the way you
[0:26]can ignore the ones that you see really
[0:28]that thing kind of annoy meat always on
[0:31]got to do a bit of cleaning over here
[0:33]first before we get started playing with
[0:35]my lights I want to get some more cuz my
[0:38]last ones were they broke on me so I
[0:40]started tearing those down tearing those
[0:42]down I need to get new ones when I can
[0:44]afford it and just do some work in here
[0:48]with the lighting make things nice and
[0:51]pretty yeah we're going to make really
[0:52]good chili
[0:54]tonight my eyes are running and my nose
[0:57]is running it's cuz I made the very
[0:59]impulsive decision to eat that onion
[1:02]raw maybe don't do that but we got
[1:05]onions here we're going to put them in
[1:06]here get some oil
[1:10]going wait wrong one this
[1:13]one just going to put some oil in there
[1:16]let those start cooking get the garlic
[1:18]ready okay let's get the onions in
[1:22]there I cut them at different sizes and
[1:25]stuff on purpose
[1:30]all right I got to get that okay we got
[1:32]onions going mixed in the
[1:37]oil
[1:38]yay I got my garlic over here I'm
[1:41]working on
[1:42]it for the record I know from the last
[1:46]time I did this that you're not supposed
[1:48]to use a whole garlic or you're going to
[1:50]smell for two days apparently it comes
[1:52]out your pores but you know what I like
[1:54]garlic so I was going to use the whole
[1:56]thing but I have a real hard time
[1:58]getting these papers off maybe one of
[2:00]y'all can teach me how to do that cuz
[2:03]it's quite a chore so we've got six
[2:07]little cloves I'm going to try to get
[2:08]the rest though yeah was actually pretty
[2:10]funny I made some kind of weird meal and
[2:13]I put the whole garlic in there and then
[2:14]claw thei basically laughed at me for
[2:17]eating the whole garlic I had no idea
[2:20]that I would smell for 2 days but I was
[2:22]fine with
[2:23]it so we're going to let these cook I
[2:25]don't know how long I'm supposed to do
[2:27]this for done forgotten
[2:31]just let them cook for a while I guess
[2:33]we got nine garlics here but a couple
[2:36]are real tiny so let's call it seven I
[2:39]even got one of those little mashing
[2:41]things
[2:43]somewhere probably in
[2:48]here there we go these are very hard to
[2:52]clean by the way very hard to clean now
[2:55]we do got to wait cuz garlic Cooks real
[2:57]fast I learned that last time
[3:00]so we want to put that in once these
[3:03]onions are
[3:05]ready I don't do tripods and stuff this
[3:07]isn't meant to be some kind of cooking
[3:09]video this is just me sharing my cooking
[3:11]with you just to be
[3:15]clear wonder if these taste good
[3:18]now I don't know why I ate a raw onion I
[3:21]never do stuff like that I never make
[3:25]onions but it was good my eyes are still
[3:28]stinging though
[3:32]can't remember if these were already
[3:33]yellowish or if that's from the cooking
[3:36]process and that's how you know this is
[3:39]also a learning process for me
[3:43]guys I never cooked a day in my life at
[3:45]time moving this
[3:50]RV and I've been learning getting better

[7:24]want to avoid Frozen if you can cuz
[7:27]there's no way this cooked evenly but
[7:29]boy did I hurt my hand trying to do this
[7:32]my poor hands that have been programming

[7:41]yeah don't do Frozen that was a mistake
[7:45]but this is how you learn this is just
[7:47]adaptation just do it anyways take what

[9:17]sugar in there and chocolate um I don't

[9:26]5% so next you just add one taable spoon
[9:29]of brown sugar 1 tbspoon of chocolate
[9:32]cocoa powder or maybe teaspoon I have to
[9:35]look um of each then mix it in there
[9:38]then put in your V8 then put in your
[9:40]beans put in your your diced tomatoes
[9:43]all of that and then then you'll do the
[9:45]spices next now I'll come back to you s
[9:48]beans have batteries got this thing

[9:53]sugar and the cocoa in there I can't
[9:57]guarantee I got the measurements right
[9:59]because you know it's
[10:00]mean uh it looks a very strange

[10:08]was warm so that it would melt better um
[10:11]I did have it on low I had to turn it
[10:13]back on medium nobody says it has to be

[10:19]you get good at it if you're mean cuz is
[10:22]definitely a thing that you got to
[10:25]practice

[12:32]tomatoes so yeah it's not all grease

[12:47]thick enough to me probably need tomato
[12:49]paste which I don't have any of that so
[12:52]my tomato um diced tomato water really
[12:57]ruined this a little bit let's put some
[12:59]more V8 in

[13:03]to be all soupy either
