[0:08]November 30th that's 9 days ago and I
[0:11]could swear I've been in this bed for 6
[0:14]I've been sitting here for 9 days like

[0:19]possible I'm getting better my course
[0:22]getting
[0:23]better but nine days oh my God that's
[0:26]too many days like that's really too
[0:28]many days
[0:36]I could have sworn it was six
[0:38]though oh well it is what it is right so
[0:41]I guess it's been nine days I've been
[0:43]healing for nine [ __ ]
[0:45]days
[0:48]which it's my fault two months of hiking
[0:51]when I was on a injured muscle like I
[0:55]should have just let let it heal like
[0:57]for a day or two and then I'd have been
[0:58]fine like I learned my lesson I've
[1:01]learned it oh my chest hurts today too I
[1:04]don't know what's going on there woke up
[1:07]like this apparently it's when I laugh
[1:09]so
[1:14]okay you know it's for being in this bed
[1:16]so long like I need to go and do some
[1:18]stuff like I'm waiting for the sun to
[1:20]come up it's going to be up in like
[1:22]pretty soon half hour or so going to go
[1:24]and take a shower and then going to walk
[1:26]out to the cape Edge and just look at
[1:27]the
[1:28]ocean it's probably all I can do I mean
[1:31]I got to take it easy if
[1:33]I every time I go out there I go to do
[1:38]too much and then it gets you know then
[1:40]I feel the pain and probably sets back
[1:43]my recovery and then six days becomes
[1:45]nine and I don't even know
[1:47]how so that's where I am this
[1:51]morning so ready to be back out there I
[1:54]miss being out
[1:56]there there's nothing more I want to be
[1:58]doing

[2:10]good my core muscles might be sore but
[2:12]it was worth it get out there and
[2:15]Hike feel much better after getting a
[2:18]shower now I just got to put some
[2:20]moisturizer on my face this mirror here
[2:23]in the handicap bathro because that's
[2:26]the only one where you have an actual
[2:27]shower I'm not going to be able to do

[2:31]watching looks like those gray hairs are
[2:33]getting worse like that's not happening
[2:36]that's not allowed like body get it
[2:38]together I'm feeding you well everything
[2:40]so don't don't be doing that I don't

[3:08]under your eyelids and stuff I got to do
[3:10]that part now I never did this for most
[3:13]of my life guess I didn't really need
[3:16]to but I wish I had because I bet I
[3:20]would look even better than I already do
[3:21]and I think I look pretty good you know
[3:25]so um take care of your skin that's
[3:28]important I wish I had done a better job
[3:30]of
[3:31]that but maybe with all the nutrition
[3:34]I've given my body and all the exercise
[3:36]I'm doing and
[3:39]um you know maybe I can reverse some of
[3:42]the damage so I got I love this clone

[3:52]bought that on accident and then I
[3:54]realized I was like oh it wasn't for men
[3:56]so I just used them both that's my
[3:59]signature

[4:03]them they both smell so damn good so I
[4:06]just mix them together we
[4:09]around I wasn't kidding no more Mountain

[4:19]me and I'm been drinking a lot of water
[4:22]also but I ran out of those um
[4:24]electrolyte
[4:25]packets um I need to I need to think
[4:28]that through cuz it was definitely I
[4:31]think a very good thing to add to my
[4:33]life I loved it salt water works for
[4:35]me so I got to go into
[4:39]town
[4:40]um I just got to get some Vape
[4:43]cartridges and I need to get some oil
[4:45]for my Jeep cuz I haven't been able to
[4:47]change the oil on it and I think I think
[4:50]it might get be getting low on oil I'm
[4:52]just going to put some oil in it just as
[4:54]a preventative
[4:56]measure and then we I'll come back and
[4:59]we'll head out to the ocean for a little
[5:00]bit I am feel pretty good so I want to
[5:03]push myself I'll try to be
[5:05]careful so I'm going to end my video
