[0:00]so I've been having an interesting
[0:02]couple of days here let me set the scene
[0:04]for you sitting on my bed in my RV got
[0:08]some hot chocolate
[0:09]here I made that with my gettle I made
[0:12]hot water in my gettle I just discovered
[0:14]I had that thing for n months and never
[0:16]used it and as soon as I used it I just
[0:18]started to think all the different ways
[0:20]this thing is going to make my life
[0:23]better starting with hot
[0:26]chocolate and instant mashed potatoes
[0:29]that I had yesterday
[0:33]so I'm sitting at a different angle
[0:36]basically other direction from where I
[0:39]used to
[0:40]be feels a little gives me a better
[0:43]place to sit against the other side has
[0:46]that window that window which you know
[0:49]this is my slide in
[0:50]indoors which is never very
[0:53]comfortable um I got my laptop in front
[0:56]of me Final Fantasy 16 on it been
[0:59]playing that for few
[1:04]days I just thinking what do I want to
[1:06]say about that cuz I love Final Fantasy
[1:09]I've been playing them since I was a kid
[1:12]there's things I like about this one
[1:13]there's things I don't so it's probably
[1:15]too early to really talk about
[1:17]it but it's keeping me occupied and
[1:20]that's what I need right now cuz for two
[1:22]days I've just been sitting on this bed
[1:24]because that's where my body's telling
[1:25]me I need to be
[1:31]and I think I'm probably stuck here for
[1:34]up to two weeks because I just have this
[1:38]feeling
[1:39]that I'm in this acute stage of recovery
[1:42]for like the next week then maybe I can
[1:44]start doing a little bit more the week
[1:46]after
[1:47]that but I'm accepting this you know I'm
[1:50]hoping that I'm here at Kate Blanco for
[1:53]2 weeks you know I started resting as
[1:56]soon as I got here so we're 2 days into
[1:58]that um just hoping by the time that's
[2:03]over my core muscles will be healed and
[2:07]I'll be able to get back out there
[2:10]exploring you know and I'll just be in
[2:12]better shape than I was and my core
[2:15]muscles those have never hurt before I
[2:17]didn't know I didn't have any like frame
[2:19]of reference for the signals it was
[2:21]sending cuz they were
[2:24]not just wasn't clear to me it wasn't
[2:27]like what you you know your muscle your
[2:28]leg muscles get so you you know how to
[2:31]handle that you know like it's pretty
[2:33]obvious but your core muscles they're
[2:34]different they send
[2:36]these they're not hurting all the time
[2:39]only certain movements
[2:41]and it's not like always a sharp pain
[2:43]sometimes it's just
[2:45]like um
[2:47]like a fire sensation or right in the
[2:51]front of my stomach I got this feeling
[2:54]of um like sandpaper like it's a weird
[2:58]feeling like they're so diffuse like
[3:00]these Sensations that I'm like can I
[3:03]keep hiking I was like you know what
[3:06]let's just keep hiking you know and 8
[3:08]weeks later 10 miles a day every day s
[3:11]days a week finally my body was like you
[3:14]need to stop this you're killing
[3:15]us so here I am got a heating pad here
[3:19]I'm using that a whole lot
[3:23]too I'm bored like even this game like
[3:26]it's okay you know it's okay but it's
[3:29]kind of boring like I feel contained in
[3:31]this space but I'm trying so hard to
[3:33]just accept it
[3:35]because I know that it's good for me
[3:41]like I definitely transformed my body
[3:44]over those eight weeks like I wasn't
[3:46]even trying it's just what happened for
[3:48]me just feeling contained and wanting to
[3:50]be out
[3:51]exploring to the point now as I get
[3:55]better I want to start integrating some
[3:56]new things like stretching every day you
[3:59]know
[4:01]pull-ups um pull-ups and situps things
[4:04]like that maybe just something I do in
[4:06]the
[4:07]morning just to get myself in the best
[4:10]shape I can so that it it supports my
[4:13]expiration and my lifestyle
[4:16]and I don't
[4:18]get stuck in a pattern like this where
[4:21]I'm two weeks I'm just going to be
[4:23]sitting here playing Final
[4:27]Fantasy but I'm always looking at the
[4:30]positive side of things you know
[4:32]I I get to play this on Steam it's on
[4:35]the PC you know and I was waiting for
[4:37]that I didn't play it on Playstation cuz
[4:40]I knew it would come to steam and I've
[4:42]had it for a while cuz that was probably
[4:44]last year I don't even remember but I
[4:46]just never got around to playing this
[4:48]one and I was thinking you know if I'm
[4:52]stuck here for two weeks maybe I just
[4:53]play through a lot of the different
[4:55]final fantasies and work on getting my
[4:57]trophies for them on my steam profile cu
[4:59]I'm actually really proud of my Steam
[5:01]account like I just that was a big part
[5:04]of my life before I moved into an
[5:07]RV and so this is kind of like forced
[5:10]Stillness where I just have
[5:14]to focus my
[5:17]energy in a different way
[5:20]and just find find the good in it I have
[5:25]been talking about this for about a week
[5:27]now I think and I C to me tonight that
[5:30]literally no one commented I hope you
[5:32]get well soon or anything like that and
[5:35]I started thinking should I be offended
[5:37]or impressed because that could be one
[5:40]of two things or both you know you just
[5:42]don't care
[5:44]or you've integrated my message about
[5:47]comments so well that you're not sure if
[5:50]that would be fragmenting my experience
[5:52]or
[5:53]not and I would say to
[5:56]that I don't know either I I
[6:00]I'm human we do want to hear like that
[6:03]people actually care when we're
[6:04]suffering right except you can see I'm
[6:07]not suffering so why would you comment
[6:09]on it right so all of these different
[6:10]like nuances it's kind of interesting to
[6:13]me I wanted to share that with
[6:16]you I'm doing
[6:19]good
[6:22]I I'm doing good it kind of sucks to you
[6:24]know it's not it hasn't rained the
[6:26]entire time I've been here there hasn't
[6:27]been any wind the weather's been nice
[6:29]and it's just like wow so as soon as
[6:31]everything gets nice outside I'm stuck
[6:33]indoors
[6:34]so
[6:38]irony I don't really have anything to
[6:40]talk about I just wanted to share my
[6:43]night with
[6:44]you um did I pan over here this is what
[6:47]my little space looks like now on my
[6:50]bad um still working on
[6:54]it what I'd like to do I need help with
[6:57]this so I need somebody that has the
[6:58]skill to do it cuz I
[7:00]don't um I need to fix this bed platform
[7:03]because my slides in all the time I
[7:05]can't lay flat on this bed as I'm taller
[7:08]than than I can you know fit in here but
[7:11]if I can just kind of make a bed
[7:14]platform that goes all the way out to
[7:15]that wall and then like even has this
[7:17]little thing on the end that kind of
[7:19]extends it a little bit so I can sleep
[7:20]at an
[7:22]angle I just I need that like I just do
[7:26]and maybe like have have it on a hint so
[7:28]I can pull part of it up you know to get
[7:31]underneath of that area over there like
[7:33]just I want to optimize this and I need
[7:35]help to do it though so or just enough
[7:38]money to you know find a person who does
[7:40]stuff like that and you know explain to
[7:42]them yeah it's an RV but you know you
[7:44]work with wood you could totally do this
[7:45]it's not that hard um really hoping to
[7:50]do that because this is not just where I
[7:52]sleep it's also where I hang out in my
[7:54]RV
[7:56]so the rest of it is
[7:59]all about pure
[8:01]function small space and most of it just
[8:04]pure function this is where I relax this
[8:07]is where I work this is where I play
[8:08]games like all of
[8:12]it I love that I'm having hot chocolate
[8:15]right now that so
[8:17]cool I was so happy to
[8:20]discover Claude the AI told
[8:23]me that I could use you know J makes hot
[8:26]water little boil water for you it even
[8:28]let you set temp temperatures and so
[8:32]suddenly new things become available
[8:34]like instant mashed potatoes or ramen
[8:36]noodles or just any kind
[8:39]of there's just so much possibility it
[8:42]opened up so much for me I could not
[8:44]figure out a way what am I going to
[8:47]cook in one pot you know like my ninja
[8:51]foodie like and make it like I just
[8:53]couldn't figure that out now I have a
[8:56]solution I just love it when those those
[8:58]Solutions appear and I have to share
[9:01]them just in case there's someone out
[9:02]there who like oh I could benefit from a
[9:05]gettle too I mean I can use that thing
[9:08]to have hot water to clean my
[9:10]face um just
[9:13]really cooking all of it like there's
[9:15]just so many possibilities and I don't
[9:18]have to use the hot water heater that's
[9:20]in my built into the army which doesn't
[9:23]work anyways it gets way too
[9:25]hot um but even if I was using it you
[9:29]know know you have to have the water on
[9:32]for a little while before it gets hot
[9:33]and that's just putting that's just
[9:35]wasting water putting it in my tanks
[9:37]that I'm always trying to control so
[9:40]just a way better optimized solution me
[9:42]I look for those those are what make
[9:44]this lifestyle feel rewarding to
[9:48][Music]
[9:49]me so
[9:51]yeah I'm un bessed and I just wanted to
[9:55]share it with you how bored I am and
[9:59]but also truly accepting it and excited
[10:03]about where it leads because this is an
[10:06]integration practice too this is me
[10:09]integrating
[10:11]the the activity that I had been doing
[10:13]for two
[10:15]months into the core of my body you know
[10:18]literally so that's
[10:21]important that's something to
[10:25]honor so yeah we all have a good night
