Morning Update from Cape Blanco Overlook
Morning recording at 7:30 AM on Sunday from Cape Blanco State Park parking lot overlooking the ocean. Speaker is in his Jeep due to physical limitations from core injury. Two-week stay planned at new campsite. Recovery progressing faster than expected after weeks of daily 10-mile hikes.
