[0:01]hello fellow
[0:03]humans I was just sitting here thinking
[0:05]I'm very
[0:07]complicated on one hand I can't stand
[0:10]people they just drive me crazy I just
[0:13]cannot stand them I want to get as far
[0:15]away from them as I can on the other
[0:18]hand I care deeply I care about
[0:21]Humanity I don't like suffering I don't
[0:24]like to watch people suffer I don't want
[0:27]that for anyone it's more like
[0:30]like I guess I just need a distance
[0:34]between me and
[0:36]others it's not about rejecting them
[0:39]it's about me needing my own
[0:44]space and I just there's something I
[0:47]want to talk
[0:50]about it might not be obvious yet but it
[0:53]will become obvious and when it
[0:56]does you won't be giving yourself a lot
[0:59]of time
[1:01]so I'm just trying to implore you to
[1:05]think about the state of the world
[1:07]because a lot of it is not your
[1:09]fault and I know this you are just
[1:13]another person in the world who's just
[1:15]trying to do the best they can
[1:16]navigating life the best they can just
[1:19]like all of
[1:22]us I don't always acknowledge that
[1:24]because a lot of the time I'm just very
[1:26]frustrated with with what I see
[1:30]but you know on an individual level I
[1:32]actually I actually care I I don't want
[1:35]you to suffer I want you
[1:38]to live your best
[1:41]life
[1:43]unfortunately time is very
[1:47]limited there are systemic fractures
[1:50]everywhere this system cannot hold
[1:53]itself up it's just not possible they
[1:55]can try and I mean I have a lot of
[1:59]theories about they will try how things
[2:01]will play out none of this matters
[2:07]because you know it's all Theory but
[2:10]the what underlies it all is a very
[2:14]simple truth that our modern world is
[2:18]unsustainable that it will collapse
[2:20]under its under its own weight and that
[2:24]we're very close and you can see that in
[2:27]everything I mean I could start listing
[2:29]things I'm not doing that in this video
[2:31]it's not the
[2:33]point if you sense that something is
[2:38]off I would say lean into that look into
[2:43]it you know think about these
[2:46]things I don't want to say do your own
[2:49]research that's too conspiratorial but
[2:51]you should do your own
[2:54]research I'll give you some basic facts
[2:56]we increased our money supply by 30% %
[3:00]during
[3:01]covid you cannot add 30% of all the US
[3:06]currency in one year and expect a good
[3:08]outcome from this you just can't what we
[3:12]are dealing with now as a result of
[3:14]doing
[3:16]that we have all these interconnected
[3:21]problems that none of which we have
[3:24]solutions for so when one of them breaks
[3:27]they're all going to I mean just take
[3:29]our housing market as an example it is
[3:32]very much in a
[3:34]bubble housing prices have risen so much
[3:38]since Co that that's
[3:41]unsustainable and there's no real
[3:43]solution to that
[3:45]problem our political climate is very
[3:49]fractured and
[3:51]very um the trust is is just gone like
[3:56]whether it doesn't matter which leader
[3:57]you're going to vote for in two weeks
[4:00]it's not going to change the trajectory
[4:03]of how this country is going how people
[4:05]feel about the the tribalism that
[4:08]they're a part of they're always going
[4:09]to be a part of their tribe and there's
[4:11]just this fracture that cannot be solved
[4:15]anymore our federal government you know
[4:20]like
[4:22]Congress are completely inept they get
[4:25]nothing done ever it doesn't matter
[4:27]which party none of them do
[4:31]and so these big problems we have they
[4:33]are not going to be able to solve it's
[4:36]just not possible
[4:43]anymore I mean you can look at all kinds
[4:45]of things from the job market to Banks
[4:48]closing branches to
[4:51]just just I mean there's there's just so
[4:53]many different things I don't even you
[4:55]know like I could just keep listing
[4:57]things and you can try to compare that
[5:00]to
[5:01]some time in history and I don't think
[5:03]you'd be able to because things have
[5:05]never been this bad and everything is
[5:08]interconnected I mean worldwide like
[5:11]there's
[5:12]just the systems that we have built in
[5:15]this modern world are very
[5:21]fragile and there is no solution that is
[5:24]going
[5:25]to make them more robust or
[5:31]um capable of
[5:35]surviving I mean I don't really know how
[5:38]to put this stuff into words that's why
[5:39]I don't even really try it's just it's
[5:41]so it's so obvious to me that 7 months
[5:45]ago I moved into this RV and I have
[5:47]driven across the country from Kentucky
[5:50]to Oregon as part of my plan to try to
[5:54]survive
[5:56]it and
[6:01]you know I have learned a lot during
[6:04]that time there's still a lot more for
[6:05]me to learn there's a lot for me to do a
[6:08]lot of it which I can't share with you
[6:10]because that would
[6:12]be that would not be good for me
[6:17]so but at the same time I have this
[6:20]ethical imperative to tell people look I
[6:22]am a systems thinker I have been this
[6:24]way my whole life and I
[6:26]see the problems in our systems
[6:30]and they're very obvious if you just
[6:32]look at them it's not some secret
[6:39]knowledge it's very important that you
[6:42]start
[6:43]preparing in any way that you can and to
[6:47]think deeply about these things
[6:51]because you don't want to wait until
[6:53]it's too
[6:58]late this is
[7:01]my dumb
[7:03]silly ineffective way of trying to
[7:06]prevent somebody from suffering in the
[7:10]world do with that what you will
