[0:18]RV only window that's got light in it so

[0:42]amazing I wish I could show them to you

[0:45]there's just a 360° view of them there

[0:48]is some clouds there a car

[0:51]coming um there wasn't the moon wasn't

[0:53]out last night when I took that one

[0:54]video which was just I didn't even

[0:56]realize it at the time until after I was

[0:58]like wow I mean all I saw were stars as

[1:01]far as I could

[1:06]see so I slept really while I did have

[1:09]to take some banad

[1:16]drill um but I slept well and I have a

[1:21]4-Hour drive to get to where I'm going

[1:23]today so not bad at

[1:28]all truck

[1:48]jelly this probably the wind I

[1:51]guess so this might be what I can expect

[1:53]on the Pacific Northwest along with some

[1:55]rain I but that makes it quite a bit

[7:24]remarkable just feel its Grace

[7:29]I can't remember where I was I think it

[7:32]Kansas where I met that man at a gas

[7:34]station I was like that man is so

[7:36]present I'm still thinking about him

[7:39]because he was just

[7:42]so just so present like I don't know any

[7:45]other word to use it was like that man

[7:47]was fully

[7:52]embodied it's something you don't see

[7:54]every day like it just

[7:58]really I'm still struck by it I just I

[8:01]just

[8:03]damn he told me his name but he said it

[8:06]so fast I couldn't quite grasp what he

[8:09]was saying cuz I think he might have

[8:11]been using initials for his first name

[8:13]or something like that it was so fast

[8:18]but that man was really

[8:20]cool I think it was how he just really

[8:24]acknowledged you you know he was very

[8:26]present with you he stole my pump by an

[8:29]accident so we went inside the store and

[8:31]he was talking to the cashier there and

[8:34]knew the person by name and engaged with

[8:37]her

[8:39]very directly

[8:42]and very

[8:44]present it just was

[8:47]like there was a confidence that's what

[8:50]it was there was a confidence this man

[8:52]had he he was just fully present in

[8:55]himself just ided confidence that's what

[8:58]it was that's that's why I've been

[9:00]thinking about him and it was not the

[9:02]Arrogant kind I want to be clear about

[9:04]this this was not some kind of toxic

[9:06]masculinity kind of confidence this

[9:09]man knew

[9:13]himself and was very comfortable with

[9:16]who he

[9:18]is and so he could be very present with

[9:24]you that's why I'm still thinking about

[9:26]him cuz I just wish there were more

[9:28]people like that

[9:31]because I'm telling you you don't

[9:33]encounter that every

[9:36]day these people have a house on the

[9:38]hill all by themselves they can step

[9:41]outside at night get a 360° view of the

[9:44]night sky which is

[9:47]amazing I understand why people live

[9:50]here now why I at least why I would I

[9:53]get that not everybody likes the same

[9:54]things but there's no way you can you

[9:56]can't you step outside and you're like

[9:58]you know what

[11:20]the birds

[11:24]come going to assume that's um

[11:27]generating some kind of power some kind

[11:29]of energy going on over there that is

[11:31]quite a industrial

[11:34]sight you can see a giant M door over

[11:38]there that's what it looks like to me

[11:40]from this from

[11:42]here man that's like something out of

[11:44]Lord of the

[11:46]Rings pretty sure I just saw a dead

[11:48]skunk in the road there were no birds

[11:51]pecking at that thing so I guess even in

[11:54]that skunks are like just leave me alone

[12:06]here so they've got these little things

[12:08]on the side of the road for some kind of

[12:09]construction and they just got these

[12:11]little sandbags to keep them there

[12:12]because they know the wind tolerance and

[12:14]like that they know just time much sand

[12:18]need I just remembered it was Wyoming it

[12:21]was in

[12:22]Kansas it's when I first got into

[12:24]Wyoming I met that

[12:27]man it's kind of like my first

[12:29]impression of the

[12:31]state after all of the

[12:35]relational

[12:39]um aspects I

[12:44]had really starting to like this

[12:48]place we're we're

[12:52]declining is that the right word going

[12:55]downhill I think it's declining I don't

[12:58]know and decline

[13:00]decline but this is quite pretty but you

[13:03]know we're losing elevation so I don't

[13:06]know what it is cuz I I changed this

[13:08]thing everyone so I know what my next

[13:10]turn is instead of what the elevation is

[13:12]but I'll check that

[14:43]use some get to my stop in 30 minutes

[14:50]have made coffee this morning using my

[14:52]solar but I don't trust my tanks enough

[14:55]to use that as drinking water yet even

[14:56]though I have cleaned them quite well

[14:59]it's just weird my kitchen fost and the

[15:02]water comes out all fizzing I don't

[15:04]understand that so I just till I know

[15:07]what that's

[15:09]about I don't think the bathroom one

[15:11]does that so I just it's very

[15:13]confusing um and I didn't have any water

[15:16]jugs in here I had what some in my Jee

[15:19]could have gone out and gotten those was

[15:21]quite cold and I was being lazy so and I

[15:23]just wanted to

[15:25]go get some coffee when I get to my

[15:29]first fuel

[15:30]stop all hard to stop this thing that c

[15:34]just s out he's getting more comfortable

[15:37]with this is he's sticking his tongue

[15:38]out I'm going to have to check the

[15:39]camera later if he is that tells me he's

[15:42]real

[15:44]comfortable oh I might as well just

[15:47]so um I stopped taking clopin I was only

[15:52]taking A4 of a milligram a day I start

[15:56]at 1 and 1 half milligram during very

[15:59]bad panic attacks in my life but I

[16:01]naturally take her down to a quar of a

[16:03]milligram and been struggling

[16:06]to just kind of stop that too because I

[16:11]I did for a while and then it seemed

[16:12]like I got depressed but it was really

[16:15]about my

[16:16]tires if you guys have been watching me

[16:18]for long enough you might know what I'm

[16:19]talking about it um I decid it was time

[16:22]to try again and it's been like I don't

[16:24]know four or 5 days I don't even know

[16:27]honestly um I thought about taking it

[16:30]yesterday because I was driving such a

[16:31]long

[16:32]distance and I kept the option there you

[16:35]know but I didn't do it and this morning

[16:38]I thought the same thing and I thought

[16:39]now now I'm realizing yeah I'm fine

[16:42]doing just

[16:43]fine so that's it that's the last of any

[16:47]modern medications I was

[16:50]taking

[16:53]and you know I'm I'm glad because we

[16:57]just don't want to be dependent on

[17:02]things

[17:04]so

[17:05]yeah that's some abandoned houses over

[17:08]there ni of these railroad tracks look

[17:11]like a couple families might have lived

[17:12]there at one

[17:17]time so I stopped for fuel in keville

[17:21]but they were having troubles with their

[17:22]pump I been like an hour

[17:26]there um so I was like yeah that's not a

[17:29]big deal I I can make it the next fuel

[17:31]stop in Pocatello Idaho it's 120 mi from

[17:35]here I think we're at the border

[17:39]now um I just I would prefer to get fuel

[17:42]everywhere I can just to be safe cuz

[17:44]this says my range is 220 but you know

[17:47]that's good too

[18:56]interesting that is a beautiful

[20:05]out in the middle I mean I've been such

[20:09]remote places for so long that this was

[20:12]kind of fun to pass

[20:14]through I think the way I'd put it is it

[20:16]had a lot going on but not too much

[20:18]going on felt like the right bounds like

[20:21]they found the right bounds there some

[20:23]pretty mountains too got a bunch of pine

[20:27]trees covering that whole Mountain hold

[20:30]on cuz I'm going to have to restart this

[23:20]leave and I shouldn't have to feel that

[23:23]way none of us should because I wasn't

[23:24]doing anything wrong I was in a public

[23:26]place

[23:30]like they keep restricting our freedom

[23:33]to the point where they're trying to

[23:35]force us into their systems and I don't

[23:37]want to be a part of their systems at

[23:39]all I

[23:40]don't so there's attention there it's a

[23:44]new

[23:46]one these mountains are so beautiful wow

[23:50]the Reds and the greens that is so

[23:54]beautiful right phone doesn't do it

[23:56]justice it's a lot taller than that that

[24:53]I'm just like it's so hard living with

[24:55]you I mean I accommodate you so much

[29:25]cool oh I just saw a baby baby horse

[29:29]that was so cute I don't think I've ever

[29:31]seen a baby horse

[29:32]before oh it's so cute that was so tiny

[29:37]all right I've never addressed this so

[29:39]let me explain why I don't like RV life

[29:41]and why I don't why I just I'm so turned

[29:44]off by all the

[29:46]RVs it's

[29:49]because they've

[29:54]commoditized this lifestyle they do it

[29:57]to the campground they do it to the RVs

[29:58]with these slides and the big

[30:00]ostentatious RVs and

[30:05]turn what should be a camping experience

[30:08]into just another experience in a house

[30:11]you know and it just

[30:14]feels shallow

[30:21]and to me it's a it's a form of

[30:24]fragmentation

[30:26]because they get these big ass

[30:30]AR and then they go to a campground and

[30:34]they decorate the outside with all these

[30:36]lights and all this

[30:37]stuff and they've got their big ass

[30:41]television sometimes outside and just

[30:44]like it's just

[30:46]like why did you come into this natural

[30:50]space and just to recreate your life at

[30:52]home like why did you do that that's

[30:54]just so weird to me and there's just so

[30:58]many RV parks where they're just parked

[31:00]right next to each other one after

[31:02]another after another it's worse than a

[31:03]trailer park like there's no space and

[31:07]people do this on purpose and I just

[31:09]think it's weird I don't get it I'll

[31:12]never get it because to me

[31:15]that's like what are you even doing it

[31:17]for like why just live in a house if

[31:20]that's how you want to live you know

[31:22]like you're

[31:25]just I have a lot of thoughts about it

[31:28]obviously I mean that's some of them I

[31:31]just think it's a

[31:35]weird I just I don't get it it just it

[31:37]makes no sense to me because you're just

[31:39]recreating your house on the

[31:42]road and then you're not even really

[31:44]enjoying nature you're just passively

[31:47]absorbing these

[31:49]places

[31:51]and it's

[31:55]just if your goal was to get out in

[31:57]nature to escaped the realities of our

[32:00]modern world well you failed

[32:02]miserably haven't you it's

[32:05]consumerism that's why I don't like it

[32:08]you've turned what was once a

[32:13]wonderful purposeful experience

[32:17]in you did what you do with every

[32:19] thing you commoditized it and

[32:22]turned it into a consumer product and

[32:25]that's what you do you consume

[32:28]all you do you just

[32:29]consumed and you know I wouldn't care

[32:31]all that much except

[32:33]that I'm associated with

[32:36]it by

[32:38]default anywhere I go and I get that

[32:41]most of you like this

[32:45]so I mean what do you care right I care

[32:49]like I don't want to be seen that way

[32:51]because that's not who I am it's not the

[32:53]world I it's

[32:54]not I reject your world because your

[32:57]world is

[32:58]up on every

[33:01]level in 1 and 3/4

[33:03]miles that is one hell a natural

[33:06]formation there that is so

[33:17]pretty wonder what forces produce such

[33:22]uniform just level mountains like that I

[33:27]don't I know that you would call that a

[33:28]plateau what you I don't

[33:31]know that is so cool that mountain there

[33:35]has a presence to it it just makes it

[33:38]just feels

[33:41]felt wow I love that this is quite a

[33:45]place I hope they Mountain to norgan I
