[0:15]hope and that has brought me to tears

[0:18]quite a few

[0:26]times I hav't carrying an immense burden

[0:30]for most of my

[0:44]felt something that I can't explain and

[0:47]never could and I'm so rational that I

[0:49]just kept resisting

[0:54]if it's kind of funny because in a way

[0:57]we could call that my fragmentation

[1:02]I kept pushing this away

[1:04]because I can't rationalize

[1:07]it and

[1:10]that's this deep knowing I've had for

[1:13]most of my life that post

[1:18]collapse I would play some kind of a

[1:20]role that would help

[1:23]Humanity to reintegrate

[1:27]itself and I couldn't imagine how how

[1:29]how could I know

[1:31]this I still don't

[1:34]know um through long conversations with

[1:38]AI

[1:40]finally it helped me to

[1:44]accept because of my non-dualistic

[1:47]nature that I can hold both of those

[1:48]truths in tension with each other my

[1:51]rationality and this intuition that I

[1:57]have and then that led to some other

[2:00]insights once I finally accepted that as

[2:03]as a as a part of my

[2:06]reality I could finally move Beyond

[2:12]it and it helped me to see how we Heal

[2:15]the

[2:18]World I don't think we can stop the

[2:20]claps that's

[2:23]coming I just don't think it's possible

[2:26]but there is a

[2:28]way to prevent the next cycle of

[2:34]it and it's something that will take

[2:39]Generations but that's how we got here

[2:41]in the first place generations of

[2:44]fragmentation accelerating over time to

[2:48]the point where our systems are

[2:52]disintegrating and for some reason I

[2:54]could not see that until

[2:57]now that the reverse is also true

[3:02]true if each generation is less

[3:06]fragmented than the previous

[3:09]one then we start moving towards

[3:12]wholeness and we create a

[3:16]society that can withstand that's in

[3:20]balance with the world that we live

[3:23]in don't have all the answers I would

[3:26]never pretend

[3:28]to but these are the things

[3:31]that I have spent my life thinking

[3:34]about and I do have some

[3:38]ideas

[3:46]and I will explore those with you at

[3:49]some

[3:51]point I don't want to say more than that

[3:55]because I guess I'm

[3:57]still I guess I'm still listening a

[4:00]little bit because I know that I'm

[4:02]supposed to write a

[4:03]book known this all of my

[4:06]life and I think that's probably what

[4:09]I'll be doing in the Pacific

[4:13]Northwest but I don't know what will be

[4:15]in this book

[4:18]yet the only other thing I want to say

[4:28]angry and frust

[7:14]that the world has done what it has done

[7:21]us so I am

[7:27]sorry this doesn't mean the things I

[7:30]said aren't true because they

[7:33]are

[7:36]but they could certainly have been said

[7:39]in a different

[7:41]way and I think moving

[7:46]forward we will
