[1:20]when I took her to the vet you know my

[1:22]my internal state was quite a mess I

[1:26]immediately connected with this cat and

[1:29]I could could tell by the way the vet

[1:31]and the nurse were acting that it wasn't

[1:33]good you know and that just here comes

[1:41]try so I took took her to the

[1:44]vet um this vet was not nice he comes

[1:48]into the room and starts talking about

[1:49]how she has

[1:51]worms and just the way he said it it was

[1:55]like he didn't want her there and he

[1:57]wasn't talking to me he was just talking

[1:59]to the

[2:00]nurse and hadn't even said hi to me yet

[2:03]hadn't even introduced himself nothing

[2:05]like it was just I was just like what is

[2:06]going on here and then he starts feeling

[2:11]her belly and it's really bad you can

[2:13]tell by his expression he looks at her

[2:15]gums and they're white I learned from AI

[2:18]that that's not good it means something

[2:19]to do with the blood is not um the worms

[2:23]the parasites are taking all the oxygen

[2:25]out of her

[2:27]body and

[2:30]he just started saying something

[2:34]like

[2:35]um I he was trying to prepare me that

[2:38]she might die but he didn't say that he

[2:41]just kept saying do you understand me

[2:42]and I didn't understand him I I didn't I

[2:45]didn't connect that until

[2:46]later but then you know once I got back

[2:49]I was like oh he thinks she's going to

[2:52]die so I started talking to a I mean

[2:54]that's what I do you

[2:55]know

[2:58]and but he also said

[3:01]that if she passes them they gave her a

[3:05]deworming treatment they couldn't give

[3:07]her like a flea treatment because she's

[3:09]so fragile but they did spray her with

[3:11]something I've only seen one flea so far

[3:16]um I mean I'm real worried about that

[3:19]because of this one right I gave him a

[3:21]fleet treatment as soon as I got back

[3:23]with

[3:24]her um but you know all the bedding that

[3:28]she had in there from last night I just

[3:30]bag that up you know I'll take that to

[3:32]the laundry

[3:33]mat

[3:36]um I don't know it's a lot to process I

[3:39]guess she she seems okay to me like

[3:42]she's very fragile but you know very

[3:44]attentive I've been checking on her

[3:46]every couple hours I set my alarm I got

[3:48]up all night long for her and the main

[3:52]thing AI said was just

[3:55]to um every couple of hours make sure

[3:58]that you just check on her and make sure

[4:00]that she's not like if she's not

[4:02]responsive when I go to check on her

[4:05]that's a very bad sign like if she won't

[4:07]wake up or she's they I was like she's

[4:10]going to sleep a lot like a whole lot

[4:12]and just to let her sleep and she has

[4:14]been so but when I check on her she's

[4:17]very attentive when I pet her and give

[4:19]her attention and try to get her to eat

[4:21]a little bit and that's all going well

[4:23]the only thing she's not doing yet is

[4:25]drinking

[4:26]water I don't know what to do about that

[4:29]I know she's getting getting some from

[4:30]the wet food and that was one of the

[4:32]mistakes I made like cuz I knew about

[4:34]this cat for a week I just didn't and

[4:36]I'd been trying to get her to come to me

[4:38]and I was trying to feed her but uh

[4:40]Bailey doesn't eat wet food he he's he

[4:42]was he was um abandoned by his mother

[4:45]when he was a day old he had to be fed

[4:47]with a

[4:48]syringe I did that and uh I

[4:52]think this is just how I connected I

[4:55]think that he decided he didn't like wet

[4:56]food because of those early memories and

[4:58]he just heat there no human food nothing

[5:02]this cat will only eat dry food so I was

[5:04]trying to give the kitten dry food and I

[5:06]didn't understand

[5:08]like maybe the kitten doesn't know what

[5:10]dry food is right or whatever and so I

[5:13]finally asked Ai and it was like give

[5:16]the cat tuna fish or wet food or

[5:17]whatever so I drove straight to the the

[5:19]gas station the closest place here got

[5:22]some canned food and immediately the cat

[5:25]came to me I I wish I had known that a

[5:27]week I wish I had you know thought to

[5:29]ask AI that but she's here now and she's

[5:32]doing

[5:35]well she seems really special I

[5:39]I I'm really glad she came to me I feel

[5:42]very blessed by that because I know that

[5:44]she's going to be a blessing for both of

[5:46]us

[5:48]and um will be a blessing for her you

[5:51]know

[5:53]so I'm just I'm just

[5:58]um you know I'm worried cuz the

[6:00]situation oh I didn't tell you

[6:02]everything so

[6:05]um the parasites are really bad so

[6:09]there's a chance

[6:11]that her digestive system maybe I don't

[6:14]know I get I might get this part wrong

[6:17]something might require surgery in the

[6:18]future or and her growth might be

[6:21]stunted

[6:23]um but these aren't things we can know

[6:26]yet I guess we shouldn't worry about

[6:27]them yet

[6:29]just take it one day at a time uh

[6:32]I I do live a nomadic lifestyle I leave

[6:35]here next week I'll be at another

[6:37]campground for two weeks and a different

[6:39]one after that for two weeks so she will

[6:42]have multiple vets but I will make very

[6:45]detailed records like I'm keeping a log

[6:47]of when she eats and uses the bathroom

[6:49]and all of that um I'll get all the vet

[6:52]records everywhere I go and we'll just

[6:54]keep caring for her we'll get you know

[6:57]on the schedule that you're supposed to

[6:58]like when she gets her shots and when

[7:01]she has to have her surgery

[7:03]for um I think it's neutering um AI is

[7:06]someone like writes my meta descriptions

[7:08]for YouTube I think it's a

[7:10]ning

[7:15]yeah she's a blessing I guess I should

[7:18]not this one he's been really like

[7:22]loving on me like crazy um way more than

[7:26]usual and that's like I didn't know that

[7:28]was possible with this cat

[7:30]so he's you know processing this kitten

[7:34]being here he sits on the bed and just

[7:36]stares over there but not in like a

[7:38]angry way just curious and even like a

[7:41]little just a little trapid like like he

[7:45]doesn't want to walk past her to get to

[7:47]his litter box which is kind of funny to

[7:49]me because she's so tiny compared to him

[7:51]and he's just acting like a little like

[7:53]a little scaredy cat it's it's kind of

[7:56]cute really oh I also need

[8:00]to kitten proof this place there are

[8:04]little spaces that a kitten could get

[8:06]into the the cat can't right so um like

[8:09]underneath you know the slide mechanism

[8:12]like I'll have to I have the kitten

[8:15]prove this place now for this little

[8:17]kitten so that's another thing there's

[8:20]just so much when Bailey was sick I was

[8:23]able to just sit on the bed with him and

[8:25]just cuddle him

[8:27]and just give him all the attention in

[8:30]the world and I can't with her and it's

[8:32]it bothers me cuz I want to but she has

[8:35]fleas and worms and both me and Bailey

[8:38]can get infected from those so that was

[8:42]a little scary but I

[8:44]just I'm doing the best I

[8:48]can you know I've been talking to AI a

[8:51]lot about it

[8:52]because I I had a lot to I just had a

[8:55]lot to learn in process

[8:58]so I've been get giving her attention

[9:00]but I really wish I could

[9:02]just treat her the same way I treated

[9:05]Bailey cuz I really feel like that got

[9:08]him through it he he got very sick from

[9:11]his first vaccination he has a rare

[9:14]condition um it's kind of like arthritis

[9:17]I forget the name it's a it's a long

[9:19]name it's kind of like arthritis for

[9:21]cats and the vaccination triggered it it

[9:24]was temporary fortunately but it

[9:25]triggered it and he got really sick and

[9:29]I do think he came close to dying but I

[9:32]just spent all my time with him and just

[9:35]I feel that made a difference so I

[9:37]just keep but I have to let her rest too

[9:40]you know I can't just she really needs a

[9:43]rest

[9:45]she's way more frail than Bailey ever

[9:47]was so I mean it's just like the first

[9:50]time I ped her all I felt were

[9:52]bones

[9:56]and yeah I'm just worried about right

[10:02]believe this I truly believe

[10:05]this she's doing good she's doing good
