[1:07]wonderful I didn't know so this is going
[1:11]to take some
[1:12]adjustments and I get that it might feel
[1:14]uncomfortable does for me and come here

[1:22]is um if you're not going to just sit

[1:31]so this is an experiment for me I am
[1:34]very
[1:36]curious
[1:39]how how integrating this into my life
[1:42]for a while what it will do I'm very
[1:44]curious like
[1:46]because it's
[1:48]creative it has
[1:52]this it's
[1:54]fun there's the
[1:56]triple and I think it can kind of
[2:00]stretch your cognition like I I'm just
[2:02]intuiting this stuff right now I don't
[2:04]have this won't come naturally for me
[2:07]and it
[2:09]will the process of just
[2:12]trying and I just want to see how it
[2:15]feels
[2:17]and just where it takes me and I'm going
[2:19]to do that for a while because that's
[2:20]what I do I'm as authentic as they come
[2:23]I wanted I've discovered a
[2:26]new uh new
[2:30]way of engaging with the world and I'm
[2:33]going to give it a try and just see how
[2:36]I feel about it we have to empty the
[2:39]Water Reclamation
[2:41]unit preparing to open the air

[3:52]can yeah they're gone it's interesting

[4:26]today so I injured my arm um um the
[4:30]night before last in my sleep I think
[4:32]like I sprained my left wrist somehow
[4:35]like maybe I was sleeping on it at a
[4:37]weird angle or something I don't know
[4:39]but I didn't mention it cuz you know I
[4:41]thought it go it's actually worse today
[4:44]like actually really
[4:47]hurts um kind of wanted to explore a new
[4:50]place today but I didn't do any
[4:54]research so I'm probably going to end up
[4:56]with the 47 Bridges just cuz that's
[4:58]easiest for me
[5:01]it's important to do something like that
[5:02]every day so we're going to be doing
[5:05]something so I just I'm going to talk
[5:07]about this because I just cuz I'm
[5:10]processing it this is a new thing for me
[5:13]um when you have such a stark reality
[5:15]like future reality in your mind like I
[5:18]do you know that's
[5:20]stressful and when you can't do anything
[5:23]about it because you know you're just
[5:26]one
[5:27]person um I guess you develop coping
[5:31]mechanisms I don't like me personally I
[5:34]don't really
[5:35]like the idea of coping mechanisms cuz
[5:38]I'm the kind of person who just wants to
[5:40]feel like completely in control and can
[5:43]handle anything and it's just very
[5:46]self-sufficient but you know that's I
[5:48]guess what coping mechanisms are they're
[5:50]part of that and maybe
[5:55]reframing the way I interact with the
[5:58]world will make it
[6:00]feel a little safer for me
[6:04]or
[6:06]um I'm not sure see I'm still intuiting
[6:09]this this is a whole new angle for me I
[6:11]just I'm very curious about the
[6:15]different ways this could manifest and
[6:17]it's just an experiment if I don't feel
[6:19]like it's working that's the end of it
[6:21]but if I do think it's working we're
[6:23]going to build a whole new world this
[6:25]whole new this whole new narrative world
[6:28]where
[6:30]um it just adds an element of fun and
[6:33]excitement and
[6:35]creativity
[6:38]into into reality and and I actually I
[6:42]don't see anything wrong with that like
[6:45]it's just a way of engaging in play that
[6:47]we do as children and we just for some
[6:49]reason stop doing as adults and it could
[6:52]strengthen my my creative abilities you
[6:55]know it could stretch my um my cognition
[7:00]um it's it's worth
[7:03]exploring let me just show you what the
[7:05]insects of this planet have done to
[7:10]me I mean it is just it's killing me
[7:15]it's everywhere I have just been eating
[7:19]alive been using this here stuff works
[7:23]real well I'm thinking I need some
[7:25]dedicated like hiking clothes other cuz
[7:28]like yesterday I went hiking and then I
[7:30]went to the showers after that I'm going
[7:31]to do that again today so I'm going
[7:34]through two pairs of clothes in a day so
[7:36]I'm thinking maybe I just need some
[7:37]hiking clothes you will be seeing me
[7:39]wear the same thing when I go hiking
[7:41]but just wearing them for a couple hours
[7:44]why wouldn't I right so think I'm going
[7:47]to try that
[7:49]today maybe I even go and get some new
[7:52]hiking clothes just some clothes that
[7:54]are just for
[7:56]hiking yeah finally got the atmosphere
[7:59]in here under 50% that took forever like
[8:02]it's been in the 70s 80s probably for a
[8:05]week or more even with this thing
[8:07]running and me emptying it so
[8:10]often so happy about that if I stick
[8:15]with this I I mean it's just it's
[8:16]activating my creative elements I'm
[8:18]thinking whenever I leave my RV and I go
[8:21]through the door you know the air lock
[8:23]there's this little computer voice that
[8:25]says opening air lock like I just can
[8:28]see me having so much fun with it it's
[8:30]time to feed the trible it appears it
[8:33]has developed a habit for one particular
[8:37]brand of food
[8:39]here the trible has clearly developed a
[8:43]preference for one specific form of food
[8:48]here we'll have to remember
[8:52]that you guys have any suggestions on
[8:55]where I might find that locally cuz I've
[8:57]been looking and I can't and Bailey
[9:00]loves it and he doesn't eat wet food
[9:01]because he just refuses it's one of the
[9:03]few things he likes so I need to find
[9:06]more for him all right let's take the
[9:08]shuttlecraft Heatwave on an exploratory
[9:11]mission to the Planet of the 47 Bridges
[9:14]we're following another shuttlecraft
[9:17]looks a lot like ours must be part of
[9:19]our
[9:20]Fleet they've clearly engaged their warp
[9:23]engines thinking I need to find a place
[9:26]for breakfast around here I'm hungry
[9:30]I know me though I'll go straight to the
[9:31]hiking place cuz that's just what I do
[9:35]but I'm getting close to getting my
[9:40]camper organized My
[9:42]Starship and maybe I'll start making
[9:44]breakfast
[9:46]again AL so I wanted to tell you guys
[9:50]um I made plans for the next place I'll
[9:53]be I'm going back to Baron River
[9:56]Lake um it's a couple weeks from now
[10:00]I have like a couple weeks here I got my
[10:03]my top teeth um I can't remember which
[10:06]day but it's next week it's like you
[10:08]know a week from now and then my dentist
[10:11]is going
[10:13]to um she's going to put a soft liner in
[10:15]my bottom ones and maybe they'll be a
[10:18]little more comfortable for me to start
[10:19]wearing again so I need to stick around
[10:22]a little bit longer for her so I made
[10:25]plans to um just go I I actually I love
[10:28]it there we're going to have to find
[10:30]some new trails though because the ones
[10:31]that we've hiked there are you know
[10:34]they're very basic um compared to to my
[10:38]current level of business so we just
[10:40]need to find some better
[10:42]trails
[10:44]and maybe maybe spend some time on the
[10:47]water there you know um I don't know how
[10:50]long I'll be in Kentucky I'm going to
[10:51]try to stay as long as I can though like
[10:53]just through Autumn I have to go
[10:56]somewhere you know once the weather
[10:58]starts getting really
[11:00]cold
[11:02]but I absolutely love the state it's why
[11:05]I've been here for so long like I'm not
[11:07]from here I moved here 20 years ago and
[11:10]just immediately fell in love with the
[11:11]nature
[11:13]here and you know so I just I guess I'm
[11:16]a little hesitant to want to leave it
[11:18]cuz I absolutely I genuinely love this
[11:21]place so but you know definitely going
[11:25]to have to leave for winter so figure
[11:27]out what I'm doing I guess maybe I
[11:30]probably will just go to Nevada and do
[11:31]some
[11:32]stargazing even
[11:35]though my thinking on that has
[11:38]evolved um it would still be a fun exper
[11:42]experience
[11:44]so you know I'm going to keep thinking
[11:47]about it

[12:53]lexicon that is uniquely
[12:56]mine that lets me engage AG in the
[13:01]world and of
[13:05]fun inspiring creative way like I just
[13:09]think there's so much magic in that I
[13:12]there's just
[13:13]something there's just something very
[13:15]cool about it it appeals to me because I
[13:18]have a system thinking brain and I'm
[13:21]developing an elaborate fictional system
[13:24]for existing systems like there's just
[13:27]there's complexity and depth in that
[13:29]that it gauges my brain at a very deep
[13:31]level I I find it absolutely
[13:34]fascinating I think I want my sunglasses
[13:37]today this world has a very bright sun
[13:41]look at that we're going to have a
[13:42]spectacular time here today we have
[13:45]entered a forest full of
[13:49]fog let's do our reconnaissance of this
[13:51]foreign
[13:55]place so I'm thinking sweatpants it's
[13:58]too hot for pants right
[14:01]now but I don't like
[14:04]mosquitoes we're going to call those
[14:06]plasma vultures that just resonates
[14:08]better with me plasma
[14:13]vultures um but if pants aren't
[14:16]appropriate I don't see how sweatpants
[14:18]are going to discuss that with AI and
[14:21]just I'm going to come up with
[14:22]something there is something you can
[14:25]spray on clothes that does repel
[14:28]mosquitoes really well
[14:30]don't remember what it's
[14:32]called
[14:35]um and it lasts for
[14:38]like can't remember if it said four or
[14:41]five uses like you keep wearing the
[14:43]clothes or washes I think it's washes so
[14:46]you you you spray it and then even after
[14:48]you wash it it's still on
[14:51]there so if I
[14:53]get a couple hiking
[14:57]outfits and do that
[15:00]not that would surely
[15:03]help that first Hill always gets my
[15:06]breathing
[15:07]going and it stabilizes
[15:11]and um eventually I don't think that'll
[15:13]even be a
[15:15]problem I'm definitely improving my
[15:18]physical
[15:20]health this is not a difficult
[15:24]Trail um it's it's almost a nine
[15:29]so hopefully others have been on the
[15:32]trail I don't have to deal with spider
[15:35]wobs that's one of
[15:38]the unpleasant aspects of being out in
[15:43]nature you get used to it
[15:46]but doesn't make it any more
[15:49]enjoyable the thing about this cognitive
[15:52]reframing and
[15:54]narrative process is I don't have to
[15:57]abandon the ones I've already come up
[15:58]with like that's the save point I still
[16:01]have my gaming
[16:03]references I think that was partly what
[16:06]sparked the idea like made it resonate
[16:09]with me when when a a I was like why
[16:12]don't you name why don't you think of
[16:14]your RV of the Starship I started
[16:17]telling it about what I do on my hiking
[16:20]adventures and it just spiral from
[16:24]there
[16:27]so found signs of indigenous
[16:33]life little baby
[16:35]frog little baby amphibious
[16:38]thing this can be used as a motivational
[16:41]tool I had to explain to AI that I don't
[16:45]need motivation to go hiking I'm like
[16:47]how is this going to be helpful for me
[16:49]cuz um I don't struggle with this
[16:52]stuff but the idea still appealed to
[16:56]me I don't know just want to explore it
[17:00]oh there is definitely
[17:03]a mycelial network of the arachnet out
[17:08]here I have to look closely there it
[17:13]is that stuff hadn't been stuck to it I
[17:16]would not have seen it
[17:20]goodbye oh another

[17:25]that confirms it as far as I'm
[17:27]concerned scanning for life
[17:34]forms something's been
[17:39]detected an anomalous
[17:43]reading these little guys are everywhere

[17:59]I think this is a concept you would use
[18:00]fluidly like you would take what works
[18:03]for you and leave the rest
[18:06]and CU it would be very hard to
[18:09]completely adapt a whole
[18:12]world whole world building structure
[18:16]into our normal lives
[18:19]but I find the idea fascinating I don't
[18:22]know that I could do it it's one of the
[18:24]reasons why it appeals to me because
[18:29]it does force you to be creative
[18:32]and you know if you exercise those
[18:35]muscles you don't know where that will
[18:36]take
[18:38]you but I can see
[18:41]how it becomes more useful when I'm
[18:43]thinking like okay got to get on the
[18:45]roof let's just think of this as an Eva
[18:49]we're doing a space
[18:51]walk and just frame it that way and kind
[18:57]of put a little bit of distance between
[19:00]my fear of heights and the task that I
[19:03]have to accomplish I mean I kind of did
[19:05]some of
[19:06]this intuitively a long time ago the way
[19:10]that I just kind of gamify hiking just
[19:12]just for the fun aspect you know when
[19:15]you transition
[19:17]from um like a field into a tree canopy
[19:21]that's like a loading scree a transition
[19:23]the loading
[19:24]screen High your transitioning zones
[19:29]or if you need to to rest it's a place
[19:31]to save your game you know I just like
[19:34]the idea of it it's there's something
[19:38]intrinsically enjoyable about it this
[19:42]Trail really doesn't challenge me
[19:44]though it's good to come here it's 3 and
[19:47]A4 miles so it's some daily exercise but
[19:52]this place is not challenging me and I
[19:55]need to be challenged so
[19:58]it's probably time for me to find
[20:00]another place while I'm
[20:01]here maybe get more
[20:04]proactive and make sure there's no
[20:07]spider here
[20:08]know
[20:11]um you know start like I know where my
[20:14]next site is going to be I might as well
[20:15]start looking

[21:14]and he goes and he builds himself a raft
[21:18]and he just
[21:20]spends um I think months just chilling
[21:23]on this raft cuz he's just done and I
[21:26]imagine that's the kind of lake he was
[21:28]on
[21:31]the spider webs are particularly nasty
[21:34]today I never like being the first one
[21:36]on a
[21:43]trail what do we label this
[21:49]thing guess it's kind of like a
[21:55]phaser personal protective
[22:18]device yeah I can see a big one from
[22:21]here I can get around that one but damn
[22:25]that thing is
[22:27]big you know how to get yourself some
[22:30]food don't
[22:32]you all
[22:35]right wonder how much energy expends to
[22:38]do
[22:42]that if it were easy they'd all do
[22:57]it I don't know want to carry this thing

[23:19]mosquitoes and the insects as
[23:23]much which is more
[23:26]pleasant Summer's nice cuz everything's
[23:28]still live and vibrant but Autumn has
[23:32]its own appeal to me I've always loved
[23:34]Autumn you know I have over 300 videos
[23:38]in five
[23:39]months I'm not even sure make be 350
[23:42]quite a
[23:44]lot and they're all unique you
[23:47]know they've all got unique insights and
[23:50]thoughts in
[23:53]them different things that I've gone
[23:57]through just
[23:58]there's an arc to it and I don't know
[24:02]that I really have anything else to
[24:03]share with you
[24:05]guys I feel
[24:07]like I've shared all the things that I
[24:09]would want to have
[24:12]shared
[24:14]and so I'm guess I'm questioning where I
[24:16]go from
[24:18]here yeah this is the worst time to be
[24:21]out here I was counting on that jogger
[24:23]to have already been out here and dealt
[24:24]with all the spider webs but no no
[24:28]it's just me today I am looking forward
[24:31]to moving sites and
[24:33]locations I think that there
[24:37]is um just have a natural you know
[24:42]appeal
[24:44]to
[24:48]exploring sess just feels like
[24:50]stagnation to me I truly don't like
[24:53]it and it's challenging you know my
[24:56]lifestyle is challenging
[24:59]but the benefits of my lifestyle
[25:02]are probably
[25:06]incalculable
[25:07]so find a way to reframe
[25:10]it call your RV a Starship if you have
[25:13]to whatever it
[25:16]takes just you
[25:18]know figure
[25:20]out how your mind works
[25:24]and take full advantage of it
[25:28]definitely be open to new
[25:30]ideas explore them see where they take
[25:33]you there's value in
