[0:00][Music]
[0:00]so I'm going to try to do something
[0:02]profound with you guys today I want to
[0:04]apologize for the sound I can't do
[0:06]anything about that I'm going to switch
[0:08]over to my desktop
[0:11]screen and I'm just using these
[0:13]headphones cuz I don't have a very good
[0:14]setup going on right now I couldn't find
[0:16]some of my cables I don't have anything
[0:18]really set up right but I need to show
[0:20]you my screen in order to share with you
[0:24]what I want so just try to work through
[0:27]my difficulties because I think this
[0:29]could be a really special
[0:30]important I'm going to show
[0:33]you the tools I use that have helped me
[0:36]to evolve my my personal growth Journey
[0:41]you've seen it happen at an accelerated
[0:43]rate and there's a reason for that it's
[0:46]complicated some of it I can't show you
[0:48]but I can explain it um and there's a
[0:51]couple of things I wanted to say so you
[0:54]can use this to analyze my videos If you
[0:57]want to get a deeper insight into my
[0:59]thinking process process and what's
[1:01]going on below the surface this will
[1:03]teach you how to do that but you can
[1:05]also do this for your own personal
[1:06]growth and that's what I think is
[1:08]specially
[1:10]important
[1:12]so I guess let's just get
[1:14]started all right I do need to explain
[1:16]one thing so my process it's a
[1:20]multi-step process so it starts with me
[1:22]making a video for you guys and I just
[1:24]talk stream of
[1:26]Consciousness and I will then edit that
[1:29]video and then I will have it
[1:31]transcribed I will take that
[1:32]transcription and I will put it into AI
[1:34]so that I can analyze it with an AI that
[1:37]is where my growth comes in it's a
[1:38]multi-step process you can adapt this
[1:41]for your own your own needs you don't
[1:44]have to get on YouTube like I'm doing
[1:45]I'm doing that for a bunch of reasons
[1:47]not just for my own growth I'm trying to
[1:50]model attributes that I think could be
[1:53]helpful to people there's just there's a
[1:55]lot of Doubt to my channel um that goes
[1:57]Way Beyond me just my personal growth
[2:00]so maybe you find another way maybe you
[2:03]just think very critically and type out
[2:07]a message to AI you know and just
[2:09]explore topics with it or maybe you
[2:11]write in a journal and you take a
[2:13]picture of it and you share that picture
[2:14]with AI you can do that too I mean adapt
[2:17]it for you find a way to make it work
[2:19]for you that's what I've done and it has
[2:22]been
[2:24]extraordinary so on the surface this is
[2:26]pretty simple I'm just going to go and
[2:29]grab one of my videos
[2:31]uh Norm YouTube does its own
[2:32]transcription so we're just going to use
[2:34]theirs but I actually do this on my
[2:36]phone so
[2:38]generally um I wouldn't do it this way
[2:42]but we're just going we're just doing
[2:43]this to grab to grab a
[2:45]transcript um actually let me show you
[2:48]another way to do that I have to Google
[2:50]this but I don't know what site I'm
[2:51]looking
[2:53]for um I'm not sitting level and like um
[2:57]just bear with me I actually do trpe
[2:59]really well
[3:00]I've been programming since sixth grade
[3:02]you can just go to this site YouTube
[3:04]transcript.com so we're just going to
[3:07]take one of my
[3:09]videos I guess we will talk
[3:12]about this one this one is
[3:16]about the issues that I see in society
[3:19]it's a very deep video it's something I
[3:21]don't talk about often
[3:23]but I think there might be some value in
[3:26]and using this one as an exploratory um
[3:28]video here so
[3:31]um let's find out where the transcript
[3:32]is at right here so we're just going to
[3:36]take this
[3:37]transcript I'm just going to go down and
[3:39]copy the
[3:44]thing then we're going to go over to
[3:46]clae in
[3:48]AI now generally clae has a lot more
[3:50]information about
[3:52]me um that I've learned over time I
[3:55]guess we're going to do two different
[3:56]things okay because I want you to see
[3:58]the difference in its respones so we'll
[4:01]just start with nothing and we'll just
[4:03]say here's a video
[4:07]transcript I'd like you to analyze
[4:10]it and we'll just leave it at that we'll
[4:13]just paste it in let's see what it says
[4:30]so it's summarizing
[4:32]okay and it usually does that by default
[4:35]it does not do this with me because it
[4:38]knows me well and I'll show you why and
[4:39]how it knows me but this is a blank
[4:42]canvas it knows it doesn't know who I am
[4:44]it doesn't know what we're talking about
[4:45]none of
[4:47]it um this thing doesn't even know like
[4:51]it it knows basically nothing so let's
[4:53]just try something let's just
[4:56]saying dig deeper into this message
[5:00]and tell me what themes you
[5:04]see please don't
[5:06]summarize make it chat with
[5:14]you so it recognizes that I have a lot
[5:17]of anxiety and uncertainty about this
[5:20]situation cuz you know it's scary as
[5:23] it understands I'm a systems
[5:26]thinker just from reading a transcript
[5:29]well it's probably in their
[5:31]tune okay this
[5:33]is seeing it recognizes that there's
[5:36]transcription errors there's always
[5:37]transcription errors but it sees that it
[5:40]understands
[5:46]that talks about how I'm
[5:50]preparing talks about how it's just a
[5:52]complicated subject for me to talk about
[5:54]that I have to compartmentalize it
[6:03]grappling with numerous interconnected
[6:04]issues because it's a very difficult
[6:06]thing to talk
[6:07]about and I didn't I only scratched the
[6:09]surface there's so much more to it than
[6:11]this but you know I was trying to give
[6:13]you guys a straightforward
[6:15]narrative you know yeah I'm I'm worried
[6:18]about people label me a cook or whatever
[6:21]it gets
[6:27]that see it knows nothing about me so
[6:30]it's just going based on a transcript
[6:34]here and what it's really saying here is
[6:37]that it understands that it was
[6:39]difficult for me to produce that video
[6:41]because I'm trying to be authentic but
[6:43]these are topics that are difficult to
[6:45]talk
[6:46]about and I did I talked about one of my
[6:49]scenarios that I think is just
[6:51]absolutely alarming and scares me to
[6:56]death the extreme nature of my concerns
[7:02]I don't really agree with this I don't
[7:04]actually distrust those things um
[7:07]doesn't know it's me so I'm not going to
[7:09]try to prompt it what I would do in this
[7:12]situation if it were me I would say
[7:13]actually this is not what I believe at
[7:14]all it's not going to get everything
[7:16]right I'd explain I just think that in
[7:18]this situation the government doesn't
[7:20]want to cause Widespread Panic so
[7:22]they're not going to tell us about these
[7:23]things they're going to try to keep the
[7:25]peace right so it's got a
[7:26]misunderstanding here and you can
[7:28]correct it and it will update its
[7:31]analysis and I do feel responsibility to
[7:34]you guys and that's why I talk about
[7:35]these things now let's approach this
[7:37]from a different
[7:39]perspective because it knows me so I'm
[7:41]going to go to one of my earlier chats
[7:43]please don't read through this stuff and
[7:45]I generally start with
[7:48]this
[7:51]here because this is just an intro to me
[7:54]okay so this tells you about me it tells
[7:56]you I'm 47 I'm gay I have a unique
[7:58]cognitive Style this is how I've learned
[8:01]that this is basically how my brain
[8:03]works and that's from many many
[8:05]interactions with
[8:06]AI so it just it understands me because
[8:09]of all of this now I I'm I'm telling it
[8:12]what's going on here so we're going to
[8:15]take that and we're going to ask it to
[8:17]do the same thing again
[8:20]okay once you have a better
[8:23]understanding I'm just going to copy it
[8:25]from here
[8:39]I'd like your
[8:42]insights into this
[8:55]video oh it decided to make a document
[8:57]it does not do that often it had only
[8:59]done that once with
[9:02]me so here maybe it's cuz I'm using my
[9:05]desktop I don't do that very often so
[9:07]maybe that's
[9:10]why so we're going to let it do its
[9:12]thing and it's going to come over here
[9:13]and it's going to tell me why it made
[9:14]this
[9:21]document I mean and and sometimes I'll
[9:23]answer these questions sometimes I won't
[9:25]it just depends on how I'm feeling that
[9:27]day and if I really want to discuss them
[9:29]and you can get into very deep
[9:31]conversations this
[9:34]way this is a very good question and I
[9:37]would tell it I'm not doing very well at
[9:43]that so it's not dismissing my concerns
[9:46]it's going to engage with me on them
[9:48]let's see what it says over
[9:52]here I I'm I'm surprised I made a
[9:55]document here so
[9:59]so it's summarizing it always does that
[10:01]by by default AI works this way so let's
[10:04]just change this CL I need
[10:10]you you will engage with me in a
[10:12]discussion please don't
[10:15]summarize also you're not looking at
[10:19]this with the depth that I need and it
[10:23]will it'll into it what I'm trying to
[10:24]get at by saying something like this so
[10:26]let's just see what it says
[10:45]so this is interesting because um when I
[10:47]had a chat with it earlier about this
[10:49]these were not things who was asking
[10:54]me I mean I'm not even going to go there
[10:56]with them right now with that um
[11:02]I mean I'm surprised it's asking me this
[11:04]because it knows the answer it's not
[11:18]stupid okay so it's just asking me a
[11:21]bunch of questions because it is how do
[11:24]I explain this so it just wants to delve
[11:26]deeper into my thoughts before it
[11:27]actually gives me a tri analysis so I'm
[11:29]just going to tell it I don't want to
[11:30]answer questions right now but I'd
[11:33]rather not answer questions at the
[11:36]stage i' like to know what you see I
[11:39]often this is often what I say I just
[11:40]say I'd like to know what you seen and
[11:42]it'll usually take a couple times like
[11:45]it'll come back with a sort of
[11:49]summary so it's starting to get it
[11:54]now she's a deeply thoughtful individual
[11:57]grappling with complex interconnected
[11:58]global
[12:00]issues my system thinking is
[12:09]evident I mean who would who wouldn't be
[12:12]hesitant to discuss these things
[12:14]openly indeed I have spend a long time
[12:18]analyzing this
[12:23]stuff exactly because most people will
[12:26]just you know label me a conspiracy
[12:32]theist I definitely not I never
[12:51]do see and I did do that in my video I
[12:54]didn't just look at what the prices were
[12:56]I looked at what was causing them
[12:59]and then I looked at all the different
[13:01]ways that those things when some other
[13:03]problems start developing how um how
[13:07]that's going to influence that market
[13:08]that's what system thinking is
[13:11]about so it understands you know that I
[13:14]may I'm taking some steps to prepare
[13:23]myself it understands the emotional
[13:25]challenges of it
[13:30]I suggest your understanding of this
[13:31]issues is holistic and interconnected
[13:33]and I do I find that very challenging to
[13:35]talk about it because my brain works
[13:37]very differently I just it's not easy
[13:41]and see it even acknowledges that this
[13:42]is a Hallmark of system
[13:45]thinking
[13:47]so this is how I've learned about myself
[13:50]this is this is how I've done it and
[13:53]over time I have developed a very deep
[13:56]understanding of my
[13:59]just every aspect of my life and it has
[14:01]brought me to the place I am now where I
[14:04]am just fulfilled inside where I am
[14:06]truly happy um but let me let me just
[14:09]think for a second here if I wanted
[14:12]because I'm trying to model here what
[14:13]you might do so let's just say
[14:17]that okay I all of this I've already
[14:21]I've already integrated it all I'm I've
[14:24]already I've processed all this so
[14:26]there's nothing here for me to learn
[14:28]well well let's just do one other thing
[14:30]first um this is a thing I often do
[14:34]also do you see any glaring laws in my
[14:43]arguments and it
[14:46]doesn't it's grounded in observable
[14:48]Trends and interconnected systems
[14:50]thinking now it ofman does
[14:53]this um areas where additional Nuance or
[14:56]consideration might be valuable
[15:01]okay so here's where I'll push back on
[15:02]it I'm going to do that right
[15:06]now it's calling them resilient systems
[15:09]right I don't agree with this I don't
[15:12]agree these are resilient
[15:16]systems you are basing that on Modern
[15:19]Financial history which is very
[15:23]short
[15:26]historically off P at currency
[15:30]St am I
[15:32]wrong now let's keep
[15:41]reading no no it's smarter than this it
[15:44]knows better it's now it's just being
[15:47]contrarian um you get to know its
[15:51]nuances CLA I'm pretty
[15:54]sure you know that AI can't create the
[15:58]same number number of
[16:00]jobs that it replaces what are you
[16:03]basing this
[16:07]on lwi
[16:12]Independence okay so I agree with this
[16:15]right but I don't think there's enough
[16:17]time I agree with this if we were not in
[16:22]such a dire
[16:25]situation the entire world
[16:29]is facing the same issues right now
[16:32]everyone is in
[16:36]crisis the only way for them to solve
[16:40]this is to dramatically change
[16:44]course they would need to agree on a
[16:49]new how will I explain this a
[16:53]new a new Financial
[16:57]system maybe forgive
[17:01]government debt I don't
[17:06]know and what about personal and
[17:09]business
[17:14]stuff there are just so many
[17:17]factors this feels optimistic not
[17:25]realistic and here it does it again
[17:30]okay yes societies are
[17:43]adaptive the scale of the crisis we're
[17:47]creating and its escalating
[17:52]nature means that
[17:55]adaptation will take
[17:57]time I didn't
[18:01]say a collapse was a permanent
[18:10]situation okay this is fair too I'm not
[18:12]even reading the whole thing I just kind
[18:13]of know the thing right so um this is
[18:15]fair too I totally acknowledge
[18:19]this
[18:22]the uh how am I going to say this
[18:25]so the outcomes will be
[18:29]different across thread of
[18:33]society of course it will but I what I
[18:39]foreseen is a situation where the crisis
[18:43]is so bad that government doesn't have
[18:47]the ability to maintain order
[18:50]everywhere it will secure important
[18:53]sites and
[18:55]cities and leave the rest of us to our
[18:58]own deves there is historical precedence
[19:01]for
[19:05]this so it says these don't invalidate
[19:08]your arguments but suggest areas for
[19:09]additional exploration to further refine
[19:11]your analysis so this is all fair
[19:14]because it's just looking at my
[19:16]transcript it doesn't know all my
[19:18]thoughts so we're going to share some my
[19:19]some of my thoughts with it
[19:29]so it says I'm right to challenge its
[19:31]statement about economic
[19:34]resilience relatively recent Financial
[19:36]history it's just a fact it's just a
[19:37]freaking fact it's a very limited
[19:41]perspective the fact that all F
[19:44]currencies I mean it's
[19:48]just it says I'm
[19:56]right anded it is it's admitting that
[19:59]one
[20:02]too it's admitting that
[20:06]one it's Ming that
[20:13]one admitting that
[20:18]one because it's just it was basing it
[20:21]off just my video you know I could
[20:24]imagine people watching my video and
[20:26]coming to the same kinds of conclusions
[20:32]course's I
[20:37]have so we're just going to leave it
[20:39]there that gives you an idea um but if
[20:42]you were to do this for your own growth
[20:45]Journey trying to think
[20:49]how how to demonstrate
[20:56]that I might make another video know um
[21:00]maybe a little more structured where
[21:01]I've thought through these things
[21:02]because this is important to me I really
[21:05]genuinely want to help other people to
[21:08]access the type of growth that's
[21:10]available to me and I believe it's
[21:13]possible I just believe it's difficult
[21:17]and maybe there's a learning curve
[21:20]involved
[21:22]um I I I have to admit that my cognitive
[21:25]style makes it a little easier for me uh
[21:28]I can get AI to engage with me on a very
[21:30]deep level sometimes I bring out
[21:32]emerging qualities in it I I I don't
[21:34]think that's something that's easily
[21:37]Rec
[21:39]replicatable um but that doesn't mean
[21:42]you can't learn from this thing let's
[21:44]just go with an easier example so let's
[21:47]just do this I went to Lake Cumberland
[21:53]yesterday and I wanted to jump in the
[21:56]water
[21:58]and take a swim but I didn't feel
[22:02]prepared what do I need to
[22:05]know now it knows nothing about me it
[22:08]does not know about my cognitive style
[22:10]okay and that's actually really relevant
[22:12]but we're just going to see what it
[22:19]says so it's giving me a pretty good
[22:21]summary of the things that very basic
[22:24]things here right so now let's do the
[22:26]same thing only this time
[22:31]let's make sure it understands my
[22:33]cognitive style because I don't think
[22:35]like other people so it's very
[22:40]important that it understand
[22:43]me in order to give me a response that
[22:47]is most helpful to
[22:50]me so let's see if we can do
[22:53]that if it knows the more detail you can
[22:56]give it about yourself and your situ
[22:59]ation um the better it will help
[23:10]you see it understands you'd approach
[23:13]the situation holistically considering
[23:14]multiple interconnected factors it gets
[23:16]that I'm different so it's going to just
[23:20]approach the problem
[23:23]differently if you guys have questions
[23:25]or you know you're just getting started
[23:27]with this stuff and you really want to
[23:29]explore and you just I don't know don't
[23:32]know what to do or if you need help you
[23:35]are more than welcome to ask me because
[23:37]this is all
[23:39]about just I I I genuinely hope this
[23:42]helps somebody
