[0:02]in bed couldn't fall
[0:05]asleep so congested today like so much
[0:08]so I thought thought maybe I should go
[0:11]to urgent care because this is like not
[0:13]a normal congestion I got big sa forone
[0:17]right now but I think I'm okay just
[0:20]can't breathe so
[0:22]well um that's not what I wanted to talk
[0:25]about I figured you know what if I can't
[0:27]sleep let me just try to talk to you
[0:28]guys
[0:30]um I don't know if you ever heard this
[0:32]before I read this in a book once
[0:35]emotions are Just Energy and
[0:38]motion and that that stuck with me it
[0:43]resonated I have never in my life I
[0:46]don't believe suppressed my emotions and
[0:50]you know emotions are transient and they
[0:52]can
[0:54]be they can be Elusive and hard to
[0:59]understand with
[1:01]but they're also they're temporary it's
[1:03]energy it's emotion inside your body
[1:07]and you know so there's no reason to
[1:10]fear it I've never feared
[1:12]emotions and what got me thinking about
[1:15]this
[1:16]was how often it seems like people worry
[1:19]about me like my whole life there have
[1:23]been people around me who just worry
[1:26]about me and I'm like why are you
[1:27]worried about me I just don't understand
[1:29]this
[1:32]and it's
[1:34]like the kind of person I am who is just
[1:37]so open and capable of just existing
[1:43]with my emotions and communicating how
[1:46]I'm feeling and all of that seems to
[1:49]make people worry and I I never I've
[1:52]never understood this but then I
[1:55]realized just
[1:57]tonight I think a lot of people must be
[2:00]afraid of their
[2:02]feelings
[2:04]and I don't know if I'm right about this
[2:07]this is just a theory I'm I'm just
[2:09]having at the moment if there's any
[2:12]truth to that I want you to know there's
[2:15]nothing to
[2:16]fear there is nothing to fear from an
[2:20]emotion you can sit with any feeling
[2:22]that you
[2:23]have if it makes you feel
[2:27]uncomfortable just sit and breathe or
[2:31]you know do something you can distract
[2:34]yourself if you need to but I I don't
[2:37]generally do that what I
[2:40]do I'll just bathe in that emotion if
[2:43]I'm
[2:45]sad you know or I'm just you know if I'm
[2:48]in a melancholic mood that's the kind of
[2:50]music I'll listen to I'll just bathe in
[2:53]that and
[2:56]reflect and it helps me to to understand
[3:00]why that emotion is
[3:03]there I think that that is the only way
[3:05]to
[3:07]truly live your true self
[3:10]because those emotions are a part of you
[3:13]they're trying to tell you
[3:16]something if you ignore
[3:18]them or you try to push them away or
[3:22]whatever it is people
[3:25]do
[3:27]you're
[3:28]you're I don't know how to say this
[3:31]you're just not you're just pushing
[3:33]yourself away from
[3:35]yourself you'll never find Clarity
[3:38]you'll
[3:41]never you'll never find true happiness
[3:46]because the only way to find true
[3:49]happiness is to also accept that there
[3:52]is an opposite emotion to that and you
[3:55]have to embrace that one
[3:57]too I think that's all I really want to
