[0:03]Monday I am heading to my mom's house to

[0:06]see her and my cats 3 and 1/2 hour drive

[0:09]there but I'm going through Lake

[0:11]Cumberland because I fell in love with

[0:13]that place and I just want to check out

[0:16]the state park there I need to do more

[0:18]research before I um make plans for

[0:21]there I'm still going to Mammoth Caves

[0:22]after I leave here on

[0:24]Thursday um but that's my next stop

[0:26]somewhere in Lake Cumberland cuz I plan

[0:28]to spend a long time there a couple

[0:30]months maybe you know I'll just be

[0:31]hopping around I might even do some Moon

[0:33]knocking there looked like you could

[0:34]probably do that there so just have a

[0:37]lot of research I need to do

[0:39]still I love these drives 3 and 1 half

[0:42]hours that's a bit much cuz you know I

[0:44]have to make that drive back so that's

[0:46]really long I think I think my limit's

[0:48]probably somewhere around 2 hours one

[0:51]way um as far as what I would like to be

[0:54]doing

[0:55]but I'm just feeling great I'm feeling

[0:58]so good like

[1:00]I know I'm going to have ups and downs

[1:02]like it's just not going to be over that

[1:04]fast but I'm taking advantage of my own

[1:06]feeling I

[1:08]have really feel like I'm starting to

[1:10]embrace this like I showered this

[1:12]morning at the um you know the shower

[1:15]facilities they're very rustic it's a

[1:18]thing you have to get used to

[1:21]but I

[1:23]mean I feel great so I feel like feel

[1:28]like I'm establishing a routine

[1:31]and just really truly embracing this new

[1:34]life of

[1:35]mine so I'm in

[1:37]Kentucky and I just love it here I'm not

[1:41]a native of here I was born in Michigan

[1:43]but I've lived here a long time and I've

[1:46]stayed here because I think this is one

[1:48]of the most beautiful places in the

[1:50]world I truly believe that I'm going to

[1:53]share some of that with you cuz I'm

[1:55]heading towards Lake Cumberland and just

[1:57]this whole area has this energy to of it

[2:00]is just so pleasant I love it

[2:04]here um you're going to have to deal

[2:06]with

[2:08]my a disgusting windshield and I'm sorry

[2:11]for that I just

[2:13]um wasn't really planning to do this

[2:16]today very

[2:19]spontaneous I feel like I need these

[2:21]sunglasses

[2:22]because I'm

[2:24]still I'm not I'm not at 100% I mean I

[2:28]hav I have good moments in bad moments

[2:30]even throughout the day so it's a good

[2:32]day but there are still bad moments it's

[2:35]like so it's going to take me time I

[2:37]know it is but I'm not going to let it

[2:40]stop me it's not going to hold me back I

[2:43]have a lot I'm going to share with you

[2:44]guys I think over time there's

[2:48]a beautiful

[2:52]world Kentucky is a very special place

[2:55]definitely need to get my GoPro set up

[2:57]and start using my dash cam footage do

[3:00]that's something I could do you know

[3:03]it's got a SD card in it just pull it

[3:05]out just keeps looping video every 1

[3:07]minute so it' be a little cumbersome but

[3:11]you know I think that's what some people

[3:12]do some videos I've seen that's what I

[3:14]think they're doing I mean it's a cloudy

[3:17]day it's probably going to rain it can

[3:20]definitely rain cloud clouds you

[3:23]know I love seeing signs like that for

[3:26]sale 24 Acres

[3:31]one day I'll find my land and I think

[3:33]it's going to be here somewhere in Lake

[3:39]Cumberland very curious about these

[3:41]boats I saw them the other

[3:44]day if you had a place here You' want to

[3:47]get a

[3:49]boat I feel like my camera doesn't do it

[3:51]justice cuz that is a

[3:53]very um very

[3:56]Steep Hill up there I mean it's just

[4:00]it kind of mutes it on camera I sad

[4:03]because it's just it's amazing it's

[4:10]beautiful no this is

[4:12]nothing we still have ways to go Google

[4:15]has gone insane it is not 90 mph down

[4:18]this road like what 90 M an hour it's 55

[4:24]wow I mean I just love these Hills or

[4:27]mountains or I don't know what they are

[4:29]exactly like

[4:30]I know that in

[4:33]Kentucky um it's like the start of the

[4:35]Appalachian Mountain so you

[4:38]know uh some of them are mountains

[4:41]they're just so muted on camera I truly

[4:44]think that this is not depicting what I

[4:46]am seeing it is so beautiful here I mean

[4:50]this is all area that I would love

[4:52]hiking

[4:54]in um this is a place called burksville

[4:56]by the way and it just has a great

[4:59]energy to it when I was driving through

[5:01]here last time it just felt like this

[5:03]could be a

[5:05]place where you might sit down the

[5:08]routs um but I still have 40 minutes to

[5:11]go to get to the state park that I'm

[5:13]trying to get to I just want to check

[5:15]out their

[5:16]campgrounds uh it's in Lake Cumberland

[5:18]we're going to go over a dam it's so

[5:22]awesome it is so cool I cannot wait to

[5:24]show you guys this this just makes me

[5:27]sad

[5:30]they're exploiting resources down

[5:33]there such a beautiful part of this

[5:37]thing it it just just makes me

[5:39]sad saw this last time I came

[5:43]through you know it's a

[5:47]lot we're getting

[5:53]close we're getting

[5:55]close I just love this whole area

[6:01]we are we're about 5 miles from the Lake

[6:03]Cumberland State Resort

[6:05]Park uh I gets even prettier once you

[6:09]get past that though Russell County huh

[6:14]that's where Lake Cumberland is I mean

[6:16]it's just gorgeous it is

[6:22]beautiful but there are some things

[6:24]along the way we might

[6:26]see it's a beautiful area

[6:31]it's going to get even

[6:33]prer but you could see over see if we

[6:36]can get a cut out Wolf Creek I have to

[6:40]that's the name of the

[6:41]dam

[6:43]definitely want to spend more time over

[6:57]there I mean there's just nature

[6:59]everywhere see that beautiful oh I

[7:02]haven't been to this Overlook yet I

[7:04]almost stopped but I had been driving

[7:06]for so

[7:11]long um I think it might be up

[10:02]always loved the mix of nature here and

[10:06]geology absolutely love it this is where

[10:09]I want to be going to spend a lot of

[10:11]time here exploring a

[10:17]lot big

[10:22]truck now find out everything you can do

[10:25]here you know everything I'm going to

[10:27]just spend a lot of time here

[10:31]10 miles an hour that is difficult to do

[10:35]still not going 10 mil hour

[10:46]15 hopefully we can see what's on the

[10:49]other

[10:51]side um I don't know that we'll be able

[10:53]to not with me driving on the right side

[10:56]of the road

[10:58]so probably what that spot there is for

[11:01]right should have thought of that I

[11:03]could stop but I am so hungry hoping

[11:07]that the state park has I think it

[11:09]probably has a

[11:11]lodge if it does then they also

[11:15]have um they should have a

[11:18]restaurant but yeah water's very low

[11:21]down

[11:26]there I'd say the dam is working

[11:35]there's stuff down there there's

[11:43]buildings wonder what it's called over

[11:45]there if that's like Cumberland River or

[11:49]not I mean that's the op well it might

[12:55]lot of places you could be like for

[12:57]miles and then is a second

[13:04]called but you know I'm going to check

[13:06]all that out too like I mean all of this

[13:08]is beautiful to me not just the lake the

[13:11]lake is gorgeous not really a water

[13:13]person I like nature I like

[13:15]trees you know I guess Lakes are part of

[13:18]nature of course but it's just not the

[13:21]kind of nature I'm attracted to but I

[13:24]this lake is different to me I don't

[13:27]know this area is different to me when I

[13:31]came

[13:32]here it was just an accident and I just

[13:35]was immediately in

[13:41]love right

[13:50]guys oh I guess we're not here so I have

[14:49]was leaving the park

[14:51]earlier really felt worried for that

[14:56]moving him but I was like you know he

[14:57]probably shouldn't and plus he just end

[14:59]up right back

[15:02]there I was worried though it took me a

[15:05]good like like 15 minutes to stop

[15:08]thinking about

[15:09]it just roll just in case I mean there

[15:12]might be a turn off to different things

[15:15]that you know I want to remember

[15:17]and research I don't know after seeing

[15:20]that place up

[15:23]front yeah we still have three miles to

[15:26]go wow

[15:30]I'm guessing this is all part of the

[15:32]park

[15:34]though you know we only saw that one

[15:36]Trail but there could be others in

[15:39]there look like a little picnic spot

[17:29]traveled over the Border fine I was like

[17:45]awesome I'm so hungry like I had soup

[17:50]yesterday um I did not eat this morning

[17:53]cuz I haven't been to the store yet

[17:59]I find something to eat soon you can

[18:01]kind of see here how the lake is just I

[18:03]mean that's just a small part of it like

[18:05]it's

[18:07]just an interesting

[18:10]shape it is just so beautiful here it

[18:13]reminds me of the natural brid which is

[18:14]my favorite place on Earth I have

[18:16]explored every inch of that

[18:18]place um but I I want a new place to

[18:21]explore and it's this place and I think

[18:25]uh because it's more south I've noticed

[18:28]in Kentucky

[18:29]the more south you go the longer Autumn

[18:31]lasts I bet it is gorgeous here for just

[18:35]weeks and

[18:37]weeks um you know obviously I mean it's

[18:40]spring summer and it's I love this this

[18:43]this season but I love autumn too and

[18:46]the leaves just fall too fast um in

[18:48]Northern Kentucky

[18:50]so yeah there's a FedEx truck just just

[18:56]skating through here like spe the 25 the

[18:59]ftic driver he's got to be going 50

[21:32]really nice

[21:33]Beach that was one of the things that

[21:36]people really liked about this place

[21:38]it's just really expensive to stay here

[21:41]and the reviews were not too kind got we

[21:45]still have a mile to go but this guy

[21:48]behind me he's tating me which is just

[21:50]ridiculous this speed limit is 25 going

[21:55]30 I just don't think people are very

[21:58]concerned

[26:45]like the State Resort parks are nice in

[26:48]my opinion I mean there I mean the lodge

[26:51]that hammock lodg is what's in at the

[26:52]Natural Bridge it's basic but the

[26:55]restaurant's awesome

[30:19]raining we just beat the rain now we

[30:23]just got on to like a highway portion of

[30:25]127

[30:28]so I think I think we'll see lots of the

[30:36]lake probably not going to be able to do

[30:38]that for you

[30:39]guys it's beautiful country guys but

[30:43]Kentucky is just such a beautiful

[30:46]place if you've never been here at defle

[30:50]this is a place I think everbody should

[30:53]see just beautiful arms

[31:00]major I just love everything about this

[31:02]state I really

[31:12]do this is for a very long time was one

[31:15]of my favorite Str of Highway in

[31:22]Kentucky first time I drove through here

[31:25]I was so AED by it like it was was

[31:31]magical so I just left my parents house

[31:35]um I got to see my cats for minut and my

[31:37]mom which was wonderful but we didn't

[31:39]get to really spend any time together

[31:41]partly because it's like such a drive

[31:43]back you know um

[31:46]but there are some family issues going

[31:48]on right now that are preventing me from

[31:50]being able to spend time with

[31:53]though I don't know what to do about it

[31:56]honestly um just going to leave it there

[31:58]for

[31:59]now I'm really not trying to bring my

[32:02]family drama into this

[32:03]channel um I'm was trying to do that at

[32:07]any point just trying to process how I

[32:09]feel about

[32:11]stuff

[32:13]um I got these mixing bowls for my mom

[32:16]and they're very clinky just separate

[32:18]them for now that'll

[32:21]help very

[32:23]clinky you're going to hear those every

[32:25]time I drive in my RV I bet

[32:31]um so before I got there though I got

[32:35]this it happened again like is there not

[32:38]panic attacks I don't know what it is

[32:39]this just a super strong feeling inside

[32:42]of me that just intense and I

[32:45]don't I don't know what it is I don't I

[32:47]truly I can't recognize it and just like

[32:50]it's just intense so you just kind

[32:52]of wait for it to

[32:56]pass um

[33:07]seriously that was a good day I had a

[33:09]lot of emotion in the drive here just in

[33:11]general like just my mood's not stable

[33:14]my my my mental health is just not

[33:17]stable at all it's

[33:19]terrible um I don't know how long that's

[33:22]going to take I hope

[33:24]it's I mean it is what it is I'm not

[33:26]even going to hope for anything think

[33:28]I'm just going to you

[33:30]know accept it and it will take however

[33:33]long it takes and I know it's getting

[33:36]better you saw how I was this morning

[33:38]you saw how I was all day really

[33:42]um just there are some unresolved things

[33:46]like it really I did not really think

[33:50]about how hard it would

[33:54]be my mom spent so much time with me

[33:56]like I miss her I love her and it's just

[33:59]like wow like I

[34:01]didn't I didn't anticipate just how big

[34:04]of a change that would be and that was

[34:06]so dumb of me I truly regret that part

[34:09]and I didn't know that I'd you know have

[34:11]to rehome my cats Oliver is still hiding

[34:13]from by the way um I don't feel so bad

[34:17]about it because I kind of understand

[34:19]this cat you know and it's like well

[34:22]okay he's found a new home he feels at

[34:23]home and apparently he has attached

[34:26]himself to you know my parents and

[34:29]that's okay I can live with

[34:32]that um so

[34:35]yeah Bailey on the other hand you know a

[34:38]different story

[34:40]I got to figure something out cuz that

[34:43]cat loves me truly like I mean I raised

[34:46]him from 6 weeks old nearly died and you

[34:50]know he's just yeah I and I I don't know

[34:55]when I get maybe when I'm feeling better

[34:57]and that place

[34:58]is in a better State and I don't know

[35:02]we'll try something uh my mom was just

[35:05]saying maybe she'll try to see me for a

[35:07]day at the next Camp FR I'm out of one

[35:09]after that so I should explain my plans

[35:11]I guess I

[35:12]haven't

[35:14]um so I leave Thursday and I'm going

[35:17]back to the Mammoth Caves area for 2

[35:19]weeks and then I'm going to try to get

[35:21]over to Lake Cumberland so that's the

[35:23]plan that's what I want to

[35:25]do um eventually I do want want to head

[35:28]West I just don't know when I feel like

[35:30]I need to I need I just need time I need

[35:33]to get over what I'm dealing with

[35:36]emotionally physically all of that

[35:39]and

[35:41]um I just need to get better at living

[35:45]in a camper CU I'm not real great at it

[35:48]plus I don't have like a routine yet

[35:50]right it's super important no matter

[35:52]where you live or how you live you need

[35:54]some kind of a routine and I just

[35:58]haven't I'm not even

[36:01]close

[36:03]um but I I get there it's like I can see

[36:07]the change happening in me and I'm very

[36:10]proud of myself and

[36:13]excited about what the future has in

[36:16]store I just have to keep breathing and

[36:21]keep moving forward and just all of that

[36:24]right so that's what I'm doing I have a

[36:27]3-hour drive on my way home it's now

[36:30]it's home my

[36:32]camper um yeah I keep saying this cuz I

[36:40]just first of all I feel like there's

[36:42]just something in my chest right now

[36:44]that's just tried to kill me like I

[36:46]don't understand

[36:47]it um keep real strong it's just so

[36:50]intense here

[36:52]and there's nothing I can do about it

[36:55]except just accept it it'll go away and

[36:57]and

[36:59]then

[39:29]know that was pretty crappy but um the

[39:31]state park and that

[39:35]area I look forward to being there but I

[39:38]won't be there not I'm going to be in

[39:39]Mammoth Cave so I need to do some

[39:41]research there and find some things I

[39:42]can do some activities some hiking

[39:44]things like that because that's

[39:46]important like I shouldn't spend all my

[39:49]time in that camper or on the

[39:51]campgrounds I need to get out I need to

[39:53]that was a big part of this for me

[39:55]was so I'm going to do that that's what

[39:59]I'm going to do
