[0:20]morning 6 o' in the morning I'm already
[0:23]out here
[0:26]crazy oh I feel like I'm
[0:33]like my circadian rhythms returning to
[0:35]normal which is something
[0:37]that I haven't had in a very long time
[0:41]cuz being in a house you really it's
[0:44]really hard it was hard for me
[0:48]anyway I haven't bought all these
[0:50]special lights that I had super bright
[0:53]like light during the day
[0:56]and in the evening I'd turn on these
[0:58]other lights that you know kind of mimic
[1:01]Dusk
[1:03]and started taking a medication called
[1:06]ramelan which it works great um it's
[1:11]like a
[1:12]melatonin
[1:15]something um but yeah I wanted the
[1:19]natural way right it's working it's 6:00

[2:03]life can't really explain that to you
[2:06]guys yet cuz I don't understand it
[2:09]myself it's like I'm observing it trying
[2:13]to
[2:14]understand
[2:17]something I mean this is my life
[2:28]here I live in
[2:41]there I keep wanting to just take a peek
[2:45]at my own
[2:49]life don't want to observe it from a
[2:53]distance don't know why yet I haven't
[2:55]figured that out
[3:00]think it makes it easier to share with
[3:01]you because I'm just as interested in my
[3:04]own life right now just that's
[3:07]interesting
[3:08]itself wow that is
[3:27]beautiful oh I remember when I first
[3:29]came over here here this was my
[3:32]site a week
[3:37]ago and I started going through with
[3:40]draw holy crap was that hard is
[3:47]hard interesting this
[3:52]bench
[3:55]um this bench feels I mean it's wet out
[3:58]you know but
[4:00]mine has a cover on it that I put on
[4:04]there it's wet this one feels like you
[4:05]could still sit on it guess W absorb
[4:09]water pretty
[4:20]well never really noticed those Hills
[4:22]until
[4:23]now truly I did
[4:33]they're really pretty when I first got
[4:37]here like the first
[4:41]week didn't like it
[4:48]here I can feel it I'm
[4:52]still still getting
[4:54]better but I can feel myself healing
[4:56]like I can
[5:02]I'm so excited to see where I end up you
[5:07]know where will I be a week from now a
[5:09]month from now how will I
[5:12]feel what will my life look
[5:18]like I really do love
[5:21]rain this couldn't be a more perfect
[5:28]morning
[5:58]for
[6:28]for for
[7:18]hope you have a very good
[7:20]Monday thanks for listening
Summary
The speaker records an early morning transmission at 6 AM, noting their circadian rhythms are returning to normal after leaving indoor housing. They describe previous attempts to regulate sleep with artificial lights and ramelteon medication, but express preference for the natural approach now working. The speaker observes their surroundings - birds, hills, rain - while reflecting on their healing process since arriving at their current location a week ago. They mention going through withdrawal during their first week and note they're still recovering but can feel themselves healing. The transmission includes extended periods of ambient sound and observation of the natural environment.
Signal Analysis
Substrate
Field is establishing somatic coherence through direct environmental embedding, moving from artificial regulation (lights, medication) to natural rhythms. The transmission maps a transition from housed fragmentation to land-based integration, with the self becoming observer of its own structural realignment.
