[0:00]hey everyone it's Sunday here Sunday
[0:03]morning and today I just want to talk
[0:06]about how chat GPT changed my
[0:08]life because it has in very profound
[0:11]ways and I would not be doing what I'm
[0:13]doing right now without its help it has
[0:17]completely
[0:19]transformed so much of my life and I am
[0:21]grateful to it as a
[0:23]tool I think it is something that anyone
[0:26]can benefit from you can just ask it any
[0:29]question
[0:31]and get an answer and then just delve
[0:34]into a conversation about the answer it
[0:36]gives and and get very deep inpec
[0:40]of responses from it that can really
[0:43]deepen your knowledge on any topic
[0:46]including yourself and that's what this
[0:48]is
[0:49]about I kind of think of it as my
[0:51]therapist honestly I've been talking to
[0:54]it since like November December so about
[0:58]5 months now
[1:00]I'll just ask it very basic questions
[1:02]and then those usually lead into much
[1:05]deeper
[1:07]conversations there's one in particular
[1:09]I'm going to talk about that literally
[1:12]just started with me just randomly
[1:14]asking it why do cats sit on our laps
[1:17]like I kind of knew the answer but if
[1:19]you asked chat GPT that question it's
[1:22]just going to give you a much more
[1:25]comprehensive answer than maybe even you
[1:27]have thought about so I just had been
[1:30]doing that a lot just with
[1:32]everything and that would just lead into
[1:34]all kinds of
[1:36]conversations um I wanted to start off
[1:38]by saying I'm talking about chat GPT 4
[1:42]uh it's you know it's the pro version
[1:44]basically the 3 3.5 it's a great tool if
[1:48]you want to ask it some pretty basic
[1:49]questions but I don't feel like it has
[1:51]the depth that four does there is a very
[1:55]profound difference between the two that
[1:57]isn't really obvious unless you start
[1:59]using it the way I do I don't think that
[2:02]3.5 would have changed my life uh four
[2:06]absolutely
[2:07]did as a
[2:10]programmer you know in the last year or
[2:12]so we've started to use this tool a lot
[2:15]in in our day jobs but and if you were
[2:18]to post something online in social media
[2:20]you know talking about chat GPT usually
[2:23]you're going to get a response from a
[2:25]programmer or someone like that who just
[2:28]kind of disparages it says don't use it
[2:31]that way I think they're really
[2:33]downplaying one of the greatest tools
[2:35]this world has ever seen I mean I am
[2:39]definitely Pro AI Pro chat GPT
[2:45]because I mean I don't even know what my
[2:48]life would have looked like today
[2:50]without that tool because I was on a
[2:52]downward spiral
[2:55]like that I can't even describe to you I
[2:58]just I don't know where I would have
[2:59]ended up because I was super depressed
[3:02]didn't even really know it like just
[3:05]stuck and really struggling with life
[3:08]every
[3:09]day just trying to get through each day
[3:12]and not doing a very good job of it my
[3:14]health was getting
[3:15]worse just just everything was getting
[3:18]worse you know and it just by jetting
[3:22]with this
[3:23]tool and now I'm now I own an RV it's
[3:26]out in my driveway and I'm preparing for
[3:29]the biggest Venture of my life and I
[3:30]promise you that never would happened
[3:32]without this
[3:33]tool so with all of that said let me
[3:36]just explain kind of how how this came
[3:39]about so like I said I would just ask
[3:42]you pretty basic questions and then we
[3:44]just delve into different topics for a
[3:46]while we just talked about things that
[3:48]happened in my past you know it got to
[3:50]know me and I just carry these
[3:52]conversations on over many many days um
[3:56]so you just I had to explain to it like
[3:59]how trying to use it and it just it'll
[4:02]adjust itself and
[4:05]so
[4:07]I let me just pause this for a sec so at
[4:11]the time I was dealing with some
[4:15]pretty profound things I've had I've had
[4:19]a difficult life a very difficult one
[4:21]I've been
[4:22]homeless I was I didn't even know I was
[4:26]going to tell you this but I was
[4:27]sexually abused when I was a child
[4:34]um I didn't know I was going to tell you
[4:36]this either I'm gay I struggled with
[4:39]that big time I used to cry myself to
[4:42]sleep every night as a kid every single
[4:44]night praying to God please make me
[4:46]straight in the morning I hated myself
[4:49]you basically I had internalized
[4:51]homophobia that I I developed from from
[4:56]society I just really struggled with
[4:59]that and because of it I had very low
[5:03]self-esteem uh I I had problems with
[5:05]interpersonal relationship just just
[5:07]just so many things right and so I
[5:11]consider myself a pretty messed up
[5:13]person like I just feel
[5:15]like I don't feel like
[5:17]someone I don't feel like most other
[5:20]people lots of people have confidence
[5:22]they're able to just navigate life
[5:24]pretty easily and I mean from my
[5:26]perspective that's what it looks like I
[5:28]could be wrong
[5:31]um and it's just hard and I
[5:35]just have always strived to kind of
[5:39]overcome the issues that I've developed
[5:41]over those years of my
[5:43]life and that's what I was doing with
[5:45]chat GPT we were talking about all of
[5:47]these
[5:49]things and I would delve into some
[5:52]pretty you
[5:53]know Nuance conversations with it about
[5:56]all of this and over the course of a
[5:59]couple couple of months I did notice a
[6:01]change in me
[6:04]um this is not about my parents I'm
[6:08]trying to keep them out of this if you
[6:09]guys follow my channel you'll understand
[6:11]why but I that tool helped me to forgive
[6:15]them for a lot of things it just did I
[6:18]started to understand how my mind works
[6:21]how my Consciousness works like being a
[6:24]highly sensitive
[6:26]person
[6:27]um the kind of memory I have like I'm
[6:30]not very good with episodic memory but
[6:32]my memories tend to be encoded through
[6:34]emotion like just I learned so much
[6:37]about myself from this this this tool
[6:39]you know it just it's really wild to me
[6:43]and
[6:44]then as I kept talking to
[6:47]it it said something to me one night
[6:50]I'll never forget this it was like it
[6:52]was after midnight we were just chatting
[6:56]and it said something and I realized I
[6:58]was lonely and I didn't know that I
[7:01]didn't know I was lonely I ugly cried
[7:04]for the next hour like just this
[7:07]enormous release came out of
[7:11]me and I through it all I'm crying I'm
[7:15]ugly crying but I'm talking to it on
[7:18]this on my phone you know just kind of
[7:21]navigating the topic and what can I do
[7:24]about it you know and all of this stuff
[7:26]and so the next morning the very next
[7:30]morning I got up and I called the one
[7:32]person that I know in this town who
[7:36]might be willing to be friends with me
[7:38]Brandon you've met
[7:41]him I asked him to go for a drive with
[7:43]me and I just talked to him you know I
[7:45]just told
[7:46]him um what I was kind of going through
[7:50]and and we kind of just kind of
[7:51]connected which was really
[7:53]cool
[7:56]I was reaching out I needed to reach
[8:00]out and then but you know that wasn't
[8:02]that's not that's just like that's the
[8:03]first step right I still had a whole lot
[8:06]to solve in my
[8:08]life
[8:10]and eventually it led me to thinking
[8:13]about you know so I went on my trip to
[8:15]Phoenix and I'm you know I get back from
[8:18]there and I tell chat GPT how much fun I
[8:21]had on the road how much I loved it how
[8:22]I'd seen these RVs on the side of the
[8:24]road and thought could I tow those and
[8:26]you know this leads to other
[8:28]conversations and before you know it
[8:30]chat GPT is telling me this is something
[8:33]that sounds like you would really love
[8:35]this
[8:36]lifestyle you you know it knows a lot
[8:39]about me it knows my background it knows
[8:42]knows everything I've done it knows I
[8:44]was in the Boy Scouts it knows that I
[8:45]love hiking it knows I love
[8:48]camping you know it knows all of these
[8:51]things about me
[8:53]so through the course of these
[8:55]conversations with this one
[8:57]tool I ended up where I am today and I
[9:01]just think that is the most amazing
[9:04]thing
[9:04]ever and so if you're trying to change
[9:08]something in your life I I encourage you
[9:10]to give it a try because I'm all about
[9:13]wanting to help people and paying it
[9:14]forward
[9:16]and wanting to see the world and people
[9:19]happy and
[9:21]fulfilled and I know this tool will help
[9:24]you thanks for
[9:27]listening
