[0:00]hey guys so this is very exciting I
[0:02]finally get to show you the stuff I got
[0:04]for my cats um and see how much they
[0:08]like it if you know um and my mom is
[0:11]here which is very cool I finally get to
[0:13]have her on video and experience this
[0:15]with her so I'm very excited about that
[0:18]um I want to start just by saying um I
[0:21]have 20 followers right now if you see
[0:23]this in 6 months and maybe my channel
[0:25]has grown this is not sponsored like I
[0:29]have it's all City stuff and I'm giving
[0:31]you my honest opinion about it and if
[0:34]you don't know what's going on basically
[0:36]I'm going to live full-time in an
[0:38]RV and I just wanted to figure out a
[0:42]solution for my cats to be safely
[0:44]outside um when they are you know I
[0:47]don't want them cooped up in an RV all
[0:49]the time I want them to experience the
[0:51]best this world has to offer with me so
[0:54]um we're going to get started here first
[0:55]I'm just show you what we got here so
[0:58]these things I couldn't hook up because
[1:00]because first of all this stuff's very
[1:02]modular you can you can put it in all
[1:04]kinds of
[1:05]different um you know orientations and
[1:09]stuff but I I need more Tunnels for this
[1:11]one this is The Big Unit we're going to
[1:14]talk about that I think they call it the
[1:15]mega
[1:17]city um it's probably not coming with me
[1:20]I'm going to be honest and then so this
[1:23]will pretty much be what my cats have to
[1:25]work with so I'm going to go and get
[1:28]them
[1:33]we're ready mom I got
[1:36]Bailey I got you this one you have got
[1:40]to hold on to because you cannot trust
[1:44]him let's just put them in here first so
[1:47]just give us a second
[1:49]here here you go
[1:52]baby be a good boy and you
[1:58]go all
[2:01]right give him time to explore Oliver
[2:04]can come in over
[2:08]here um just put that
[2:14]there okay here you go
[2:18]Ollie you going in
[2:21]there you're safe I
[2:25]promise so this is my Mom hi Mom love
[2:28]you love you
[2:32]okay
[2:34]so this thing was a lot of work to put
[2:38]together and you can technically if you
[2:40]get good at it you can start putting
[2:42]things like this bed makes no sense up
[2:43]here I cannot find any way for them to
[2:46]get up there but you could have put it
[2:48]down lower but the instructions I went
[2:50]with the instructions that's where they
[2:51]put
[2:52]it um really didn't work
[2:55]out it's just a lot of work I can't
[2:57]imagine doing it on the road
[3:00]if you're getting this for your cats at
[3:03]your house or whatever some permanent
[3:06]situation it'd be fine just be real slow
[3:09]putting this netting on so you don't rip
[3:11]it and you know this I think would work
[3:14]out for for someone but to do it
[3:16]full-time rving I just can't see it guys
[3:20]you're not even
[3:22]exploring you're not
[3:26]exploring what are you
[3:28]doing try to get him out right come on
[3:32]guys Oliver
[3:35]Oliver come here come
[3:38]here okay this might take a while
[3:42]Oliver
[3:47]Oliver well I didn't expect this I I
[3:51]didn't either guys come
[3:54]explore probably should have closed that
[3:56]one off
[3:58]then
[4:02]H well they're just you know they're
[4:04]getting they're this they're scent
[4:06]everywhere and just
[4:10]like come over
[4:13]here so because I'm not going to take
[4:16]this big thing I just want to make sure
[4:18]these ones I got two of them are enough
[4:20]for Bailey cuz he's such a big cat want
[4:23]him to be comfortable in
[4:28]there
[4:30]guys so weird what are they
[4:34]doing they have been cooped up all day
[4:36]long like running around the house like
[4:39]crazy they were watching me put this
[4:41]stuff
[4:42]together
[4:46]and you know they definitely wanted to
[4:48]come out and play and now they're not
[4:49]even
[4:52]playing come over here baby here we
[4:56]go Grandma can get him come on Oliver
[5:00]go see
[5:02]Daddy go do it here you
[5:05]go there you
[5:09]go yeah this is going to work
[5:12]out it's going to work out I want to see
[5:14]them when they try to go through the
[5:16]tunnels at the same
[5:19]time oh Bailey's figured it
[5:22]out yeah you can get over there you sure
[5:26]can if you
[5:28]try
[5:33]Bailey's like that you know he is he
[5:35]always watches Oliver he watches Oliver
[5:38]play and doesn't play himself
[5:41]so he's just way more reserved aren't
[5:46]you come on he's like let him be over
[5:50]there I'm over here where I don't have
[5:52]to be bothered by
[5:55]him so when I'm on the road we'll put
[5:58]beds in here and stuff like that you
[6:01]know and some toys we just wanted to
[6:03]see come see
[6:06]Grandma baby come see
[6:09]Grandma come see Grandma oh here we go
[6:12]come see
[6:15]Grandma here you go come on you're
[6:17]almost here cool there you
[6:20]go you can make it I didn't stake
[6:23]anything down might help with stability
[6:25]just to be clear about
[6:27]that I didn't stake it down or
[6:32]anything get Oliver oh now he's like
[6:35]okay go get
[6:43]Oliver come on Oliver see Grandma this
[6:46]is
[6:49]awesome see Grandma I love
[6:58]this you like your home baby
[7:02]Bailey
[7:04]Bailey yeah they're they're really like
[7:07]just getting used to the space right now
[7:10]they're not paying attention to
[7:12]us not at
[7:21]all don't teacher word like the you know
[7:26]cuz
[7:27]you'll he'll definely make use of
[7:36]them is it nice over here Oliver nice
[7:40]and private got some
[7:42]shade it's it nice and private and you
[7:45]got shade over
[7:47]here unfortunately this one's too big to
[7:50]take just too much
[7:53]work I don't think I can do it it's just
[7:56]too
[7:57]much all the other stuff I can put in a
[8:00]single bag and just carry cuz it's all
[8:04]collapsible so I feel
[8:08]like you know I don't know found fresh
[8:12]grass yeah I saw
[8:15]that um he won't find any in the desert
[8:19]that's where we're going first
[8:21]so yeah you better eat it
[8:25]now I might still try to like do that
[8:27]grass stuff that we have
[8:30]um you know grow their grass for them
[8:32]and
[8:33]yeah I might try to keep up with that
[8:36]they do like the
[8:40]grass oh Oliver you look cute that was
[8:49]cute I really wish I could take that big
[8:52]thing cuz you could put it right next to
[8:54]the side of the RV over the the um
[8:58]awning and
[9:02]and it's just it is a lot of work I mean
[9:05]it just is
[9:07]so oh I should say that you don't have
[9:10]to put all that stuff in there you can
[9:12]just do the basic structure on the
[9:13]outside that's real not that's easy
[9:17]getting the net over it I did it wrong
[9:20]the first time my mom was here when I
[9:22]tried to and it was just
[9:24]wrong this time now that I knew what I'd
[9:28]done wrong it was actually really easy
[9:31]you just need a bit of room to do it in
[9:34]and be like really just do it slowly so
[9:37]you don't rip the netting and it really
[9:39]wasn't
[9:41]hard so maybe I don't maybe I just take
[9:45]the basic unit I don't know I'll think
[9:48]on it I guess maybe
[9:51]I'll take it apart and put it back
[9:53]together a few times see how I feel
[9:55]about
[9:57]it so
[10:02]hey ba
[10:04]Bailey you're so
[10:07]pretty you're just such a pretty
[10:10]cat he's
[10:14]happy he's
[10:17]happy this is the life that he wants to
[10:20]just be outside all the
[10:24]time it's big oh that's definitely big
[10:27]enough for him too you could fit like
[10:29]four of them in
[10:32]there
[10:35]okay yeah that could be a nice space for
[10:38]him with the bed in
[10:45]there this just lets them get around a
[10:47]little bit I mean if like some days
[10:50]maybe I don't even want to deal with
[10:51]this a lot like I just take that thing
[10:54]one little tunnel and then that thing
[10:55]and I'm
[10:56]done just you know it doesn't have to be
[10:59]everything all the time but it's real
[11:02]easy so and and or if I have space
[11:05]limitations cuz that might happen
[11:08]sometimes like let's maybe I'm at a
[11:12]campground and I've just got space
[11:20]limitations so yeah this will definitely
[11:24]work I mean it's the tunnels are big
[11:26]enough for him he's just sitting in the
[11:28]middle of them
[11:30]now I had these in the house for a
[11:33]while but he never went into them really
[11:37]I
[11:41]guess I mean yeah it's fine he's fine I
[11:44]mean he has a pig cat he can barely get
[11:46]through that I don't
[11:48]know he's just so
[11:51]big oh my God
[11:55]Bailey you're so funny you're just so
[11:58]big
[11:59]I know you can't help it though you're
[12:01]just a big
[12:03]cat don't do that you're not going out
[12:06]this is it this is as good as it gets
[12:08]for you doesn't get any better that's
[12:14]it so I you can take these off and give
[12:20]them some
[12:23]sunlight I did it like both
[12:27]ways oliv
[12:30]oh he really loves that thing well none
[12:32]of them have even jumped up into those
[12:34]things yet like at all they had it in
[12:37]the house for a little
[12:38]while when I first put that one together
[12:41]was the only thing they hadd seen and
[12:43]they have never jumped up into those
[12:45]things and I've shown them that they
[12:48]can so just is what it is I maybe isn't
[12:53]maybe that thing's not ideal for
[12:56]them I knew that was going to happen I
[12:59]knew it was going to
[13:01]happen
[13:04]um it's so weird every time on video
[13:07]it's always Oliver attacking Bailey but
[13:09]it's usually the other way
[13:11]around what's going on with you
[13:14]Oliver H You' be nice is that
[13:20]nice Bailey's just like whatever I'm so
[13:23]big I could just sit on you
[13:25]and that will be that
[13:35]yeah so I think this
[13:38]works all right I'm just going to end it
[13:41]there this is awesome just what they
[13:43]need Oliver be nice well they want their
[13:47]private spaces that's why I got two of
[13:49]them
[13:50]though I mean I guess in a way you could
[13:52]think it you know Bailey's kind of
[13:54]intruding on his face right
[13:57]now so
[13:59]they'll they'll work it out like you
[14:01]were
[14:04]saying
[14:09]yeah so that's really all I was going to
[14:12]share was just their first experience in
[14:15]there
[14:18]and yeah I think it's exactly what they
[14:21]need um so my opinion of this
[14:27]stuff like so Oliver loves to bite
[14:30]everything like a dog but he doesn't
[14:32]seem to do it with like we had another
[14:34]one and I've never seen him do that
[14:36]outside but he's going to you know claw
[14:38]stuff and can't really comment on that
[14:40]cuz I just got it like how long this
[14:42]netting will last I have read reviews
[14:45]where people were saying the seams were
[14:46]coming apart like it seems real sturdy
[14:48]to
[14:49]me um and if that happens well just sew
[14:52]it up you know it's not expensive and
[14:56]this is great for your cats so
[14:59]and you'll see it a lot when I'm on my
[15:00]Adventures so you'll see how it
[15:03]um how it bears in the long term talk to
[15:06]you guys later
Summary
The speaker tests a modular cat enclosure system with two cats, Bailey and Oliver, while his mother observes. He demonstrates a large "mega city" unit and smaller collapsible enclosures, evaluating their suitability for full-time RV living. The speaker concludes the large unit is too complex for road use but finds the smaller, modular pieces will work well. He discusses setup challenges, the cats' initial reactions to the new spaces, and plans to use beds and toys when traveling. The cats explore the tunnels and enclosures while the speaker provides commentary on durability, ease of assembly, and practical considerations for mobile living.
